  Great location with superlative staff

  My son and I spent a few days here and loved this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the view from the room was magical - Christmas fair was across the street - we easily walked everywhere. However it was the staff that made this hotel amazing. Everyone at the front desk staff were so helpful. I asked lots of questions and the staff/mostly Emmelia helped direct us about town and made last minute restaurant reservations. We were also helped by Anastasia. However Agamemnia was the biggest lifesaver. She went out of her way to help me on her day off, offering to pick up something for me since she did not think I would have time on our way to the airport. I am so grateful for her help! Amazing staff all around. Thanks so much!!!

  The location is excellent, near all the amenities and central , you can walk everywhere. The atmosphere is so lovely , the staff are all friendly and can’t do enough for you especially the two receptionists at the desk on Jan 16 and 17 . The breakfast was superb though the omelettes turned out slightly burnt

  Exceptional everything!The service is what all hotels around the work should aspire to!ultra modern hotel but still somehow warm and welcoming!The rooms are a great size and provide all travelling essentials.Now for the restaurant- food best I have had. Sea bass for dinner and the Nordic Silk experience for breakfast-OMG!! So good

  Perfect stay from beginning to the end

  This was our second stay. We stayed here four years ago and had a perfect stay. We dropped a kid off for college and this time back for a graduation. The hotel is as nice as we remembered. Nothing was too much to ask. They changed the format of the breakfast a bit for the better, resulting in less waste. Instead of serving all the sides (fruit, bread, juice,etc) with the main breakfast, you request what sides you want. The portion is still generous and the dining room airy and inviting. The rooms were spotless clean and modern. We had transportation arranged couple times and the driver was always on time and friendly. There are places to eat that are within walking distance. Shopping is also nearby. Old town is just across the street. All in all, it is just an excellent hotel with a wonder staff.

  We have stayed at The Map Hotel before and found it excellent. Tonight we are staying elsewhere but went for dinner. It was superb and the staff service and food were excellent. So friendly and professional - a difficult mix to get right But they do. We will go back.
