This hotel is situated in the heart of Ayia Napa, in a lively area with shopping and entertainment, approximately 300 m from the sandy beach. It is an ideal starting point for beach holidaymakers who would like to get to know the area better. There is a direct connection to public transport, and a number of bars, restaurants and shops are just a few metres away.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 5-storey building with a lift and 93 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    It’s a very nice hotel near the center of ayia napa at a quiet place with pleasant people. Special thanks to the chef and mrs Myroulla that made our stay pleasant and also mrs Andria at the reception. It’s a renovated hotel, facing the sea with a nice pool. We’ll visit again

    We had a wonderful stay at Nelia Beach Hotel. The hotel is clean, the food is delicious, and the location is excellent. The staff was always friendly and helpful.The highlight of our holiday was definitely the animation team, especially Wiktoria- from Poland, Hana- from and Tiziano- from Italy . They were incredibly energetic, friendly, and always made every activity fun. Their positive attitude created a fantastic atmosphere and made our stay even more memorable.Thank you, Wiktoria and Hana, for making our holiday so special. We would gladly come back!🫶P.S And remember Zumba is at 16:45💃

    If a good night’s sleep is important to you, choose another hotel. A nearby open-air beach nightclub — just 100 meters from the hotel’s sea-view rooms — blasts away pumping dance music extremely loud until midnight, making it practically impossible to sleep before then. This happens most nights. A good night’s sleep is a high priority for us when staying at hotels, so this was very disappointing.We have heard that the City of Ayia Napa is trying to get rid of there reputaion as a party and youth destination but as long as hotels accept this kind of disturbing behaviour they will not succeed. Hotel breakfasts can be a luxurious experience in themselves, but not here. The selection is very limited compaired to the lunches and dinners and much of the food was not particularly tasteful. The coffee was good however.There is an option to have breakfast either inside the dining room or outdoors in a covered open-air section. We preferred the outdoor area because it was less noisy, but it is also the smoking section, so if cigarette smoke bothers you while eating breakfast, you have to choose between the two. Some smoke still drifts into the indoor dining room because the sections are open to each other, so nowhere is completely smoke-free. In Cyprus, smokers are given plenty of freedom, so you simply have to accept it.The staff deserve top marks — everyone is very helpful and friendly.The hotel is clean, and the housekeeping is good.The room was okay, but nothing more. There is no sense of luxury in the room; rather, the entire room feels outdated. Storage for clothes is good but there is a lack of places to put the numerous belongings that comes with travelling like phones, chargers, sunglasses, etc, etc. There is not a single hook in the room for hanging a jacket, hoodie, or bag. The bathroom also lacks hooks. The clothes you plan to put on after showering have to be placed on the bathroom floor.There are bedside tables, but no bedside lamps, which we missed since we enjoy reading before bed. The bed did not have a mattress topper wich would have been much more comfortable. Only one shared blanket is provided instead of two separate ones. Duvets are not provided as standard, so you have to ask for them if you want them. The air conditioning works, but if you want to run it at night, it is rather noisy even on the lowest setting.The room is not sound-proofed from the corridor outside so you will here slamming doors and people talking very clearly.The hotel’s location is good, but you cannot walk directly from the hotel down to the beach. A short walk outside the hotel area is required to reach it. The hotel description states that beach sunbeds are included free of charge, which is only partly true; the number of sunbeds is limited, and unless you reserve them early in the morning, you may not get one.TUI gives the hotel 4 stars, but considering the points mentioned above, we believe that rating is too high. We have stayed at many 4 star hotels and they delivered better. This is not a hotel we will return to.
