    Very Good Stay with Excellent Service – Just Needs a Refresh

    I had a very good overall experience at Hotel International Brno. The biggest highlight of the stay was definitely the excellent service – professional, friendly, and always helpful. The staff truly makes a difference here.The hotel restaurant was also outstanding. High-quality food, well-presented dishes, and a pleasant atmosphere. It’s absolutely worth dining in, even if you are not staying at the hotel.On the other hand, the hotel would benefit from an update. Some areas feel a bit outdated, and during my stay one of the elevators was not working. The garage elevator is quite old as well, which slightly affects the overall impression.That said, aside from these details, everything else was great. Good location, comfortable stay, and strong service level.

    everything was perfect, we stayed one night, the room was quiet and perfectly clean, the bathroom as well, the beds very comfortable, there was a minibar or the possibility to make tea.parking in front of hotel. The best thing was the breakfast, I have never experienced such a rich offer in the Czech Republic, there was everything you can think of including fresh fruit, it reminded me of hotel breakfasts in Italy or Austria.     There is no other preferred place to stay in Brno, ideal location with parking in city center.     A Centrally Located Hotel with a Helpful Reception Team, But the Rooms Could Be More Guest-Friendly

    The reception team shined. They were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little too sleek for me. The soap dispenser was difficult to use. I struggled to get soap out. Comparable hotels also supply bathrobes and a complimentary bottle of water.
