Good for groups, gym is a sore miss
23 Apr 2025
The hotel is easy walking from Ceske Budejovice’s old town and is the tallest building around, making it easily visible. It can accommodate large groups but it is surprising for a congress hotel to be lacking a gym, the nearest being a 15 minutes walk away. Floor 14 has nice views and even the bathroom has large windows. Breakfast buffet was also rather good. Would stay here again with a big group but would probably choose a smaller boutique hotel in the old city otherwise. Dagmar Rousova, Other at Clarion Congress Hotel Ceske Budejovice, responded to this review Dear, thank you very much for your visit and your rating and comments, which help us to provide our services at the highest level. Thank you for your compliments on our beautiful view and facilities. At the same time, we are sorry that we did not meet all your expectations. Nevertheless, we believe that you enjoyed your stay at the hotel and our city. Best regards

one of the smoothest stays ever had! immediately at our arrival the receptionist enlisted everything, including the parking access (something quite helpful) and gave us the instructions with a friendly & professional smile. up in the room at the top floor, amazing view and amplitude of it. the cherry on the cake, that amazing view from the bathtub!!! Breakfast is the standard but abundant. Seriously a great stay. Thanks. Business Hotel can also host couples

Extremely nice and helpful staff. Excellent view from the room of the city at nite. Reasonable choice of food for breakfast, walking distance to the city centre. The bathroom has also the extraordinary view as there is a huge window, as we were on 16th floor, there was no worry re the privacy. The fact we could open the window this high was a little surprising re the safety.. Martin Stolka, General Manager at Clarion Congress Hotel Ceske Budejovice, responded to this review Dear 797riar,Thank you for your positive review. We are happy to read that you have enjoyed our hotel, and it would be our pleasure to welcome you back to Clarion Congress Hotel Ceské Budejovice in the future.
