  calm atmosphere and beautiful hotel

  The Location of the Hotel was beautiful, as was the Atmosphere. It was quiet, relaxing and calm. The Rooms were nicely designed and clean. We had a lovely stay and the service met our expectations fully. The only thing we missed were vegetarian options for dinner. If you don’t eat meat, you can enjoy the side dishes, which were nice as well but we didn’t think it necessary to have 3 kinds of meat plus fish as a main dish while there was no vegetarian main. Other than that, the food was extraordinarily good as well. Thank You!

  Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff. The facilities are first class and the Golf course is among the best in Czech Republic. The hotel is set in the most spectacular scenic location and the atmosphere is friendly. A special mention to Jana for all her help during our visit. Look forward to returning in September.   Great experience at this hotel. Wellness in a high quality (swimming pool, relax zone, gym, several types of saunas) as well as restaurant with friendly and kind staff. Really tasty food and awesome choice of czech wine. 100% recommended.   No no no! Strongly not recommended hotel. Awful service in the restaurant. Daniel the waiter was terrible and unpleasent! The next day blonde waitres told me at 10.06 that I will not receive more water to drink as the breakfast is till 10.00 and it is over. Our key card was set only till noon the next day, as it was difficult to set it for 2 nights, so we need to wait in the reception for another setting. In the reception is only a "trainee" for all day, who works here only 3 weeks and do not know how hotel should work. He called us in the morning and asked to immediately pay for the massage which is... in the afternoon later that day! At the room there is no, botteled water, amanities, even earpads nor kettle and AC doesnt work properly. It would be unfair to say that all the hotel is 1* as the food is super tasty and spa is really enjoyble. There is no manager in here who will tell the employee how the hotel shoul be organized.

  The Best place to celebrate a Birthday

  It's a Really great place to spend a weekend, or more. We have been there in a winter time, so I can just imagine how gorgeous it could be in a summer time. It was a birthday celebrations, so everything was really on a top level - starting from services, cousine, waiters, atmosphere etc.For sure I'll be back, Cihelny!
