  Grandhotel Pupp hotel located on the river and near to attractions in Karlovy Vary. The room was clean, spacious and tidy. The staff are amazing and friendly. The restaurant and cafe provide variety of delicious meals and drinks. The spa was clean and has variety of activities.

  Very nice hotel, staff is excellent! Breakfast outstanding. But the quality of the beds doesnt match the hotelstandard. The mattresses were to used and if you have backproblems they are getting worse..

  Beautiful hotel, fabulous location, rooms you don’t want to leave. Just perfect
