The hotel is nicely renovated with very spacious rooms. Breakfast is ok but not outstanding. Dinner rather below average but quite edible. A highlight would be nice here from time to time. The foreign-language labels at the buffet are sometimes disastrous, the touted perch has turned out to be a fish fillet, if the sign scraper does not find it on Google, the Czech word simply stops.And now to the negative highlight. The staff tries to escape feeling as soon as a guest approaches. When dining with a registered group of 50 people, not all still had a paid drink after an hour.Knowledge of foreign languages even at reception only minimal English. The problem with this hotel which I booked through booking.com is that it did not bother to answer any of the messages I sent about an error made in the ReservationShe just kept the money for her and no representative showed upSo be very careful if you book with them because you may lose your money without any explanation.Shame. Excellent location for spa treatment

Located in front of the Agricola aquacenter and of beautiful resort park, this hotel resembles good old times. It provides wonderful view from room's window, fresh and tasty meals, very friendly staff together with wide spectrum of spa tratments. Several stairs at the entrance may be issue for disabled patients (in wheelchairs).
