We had a fantastic time in this cosy hotel.Excellent location, cosy and elegant atmosphere, good and friendly staff. I would defenetly recomend it.

Lovely experience, the pool and sauna was incredible, and amazing breakfast every morning! Katrin at the front desk was fantastic and really helpful. Would 100% recommend!

The hotel: This hotel is at most three stars, and that's not a fact.The rooms: Dirty. The toilet is not cleaned. Candy wrappers behind bedside tables and chair. Ashtray on the balcony with cigarette butts, not cleaned by previous occupants. And we do not smoke.The telephone is covered in dust and has not been cleaned for a long time. The bed is white with stains, which is unacceptable for a four-star hotel. During the three days we stayed, the towels were never changed and the room was not cleaned. Food: Breakfast is the same every day. Coffee? You can't drink it. It's terrible.The beans in tomato sauce came with tongs and a holey spoon. Good question, what do you put in it? See photo. The staff still think this is quite normal. I wonder by what standards they have judged this hotel!Dinner: Here we are. Everywhere was empty. There was hardly any food. Shock! The staff delivered food with angry faces. There was almost no choice. We were followed by people who had waited a long time for at least some food to arrive. Used napkins were exchanged for fresh ones. Dirty forks, spoons. Skatreti all stained. The service is terrible. No one offers drinks. Staff absent. Staff: treated with disrespect. They are rude. Sauna: Sauna with pool. Noisy. Always screaming children. It is impossible to have a normal rest. Disastrously few benches for the whole hotel. Towels and sheets have never been. At the request to bring, even with you and not polite treat. After the sauna one shower for all, the second next to it closed. No water to drink. Yes, and in general there was nothing at all.In general, we have never been on holiday in a worse hotel.See photos. Once again, the hotel is not a maximum of three stars. I would say three stars is a lot.

Věry lovely hotel. City Center , gorgeous swimming pool with amazing view, great breakfast. Very Good Wellness zone and exclusive Thaj massage, which I really liked.The Best weekend stay I can reccommend

A very comfortable, cosy hotel in the heart of the most beautiful part of Karlovy Vary. Delicious breakfasts, beautiful rooms, great swimmig- pool and helpful and kind staff. Very, very clean. I highly recommend.
