  Excellent room view and service and wellness. A big advatage is also close location to colonade of Marianske lazne. There are also a lot of opportunities for walking trips👍🏻

  The hotel is absolutely beautiful, ideally located across from the Colonnade, and is perhaps the most elegant in this price range—maybe even in the entire city. I’ve stayed there several times and plan to return many more times. Unfortunately, the cleanliness has slipped a bit; the rooms aren’t being cleaned as well as they used to. For example, they should polish the marble in the bathroom with a special cleaner and check the plates before serving them to guests at breakfast. Still, it's definitely worth a stay!

  The hotel is not very new, but in our experience one of the best management we faced. The staff at the reception was very friendly. It was also very good to see the manager present on the breakfast and dinner, making sure our stay was good. 10/10!!   I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. We forgot three items of clothing in the room, and even though we contacted the hotel immediately and they kept promising to send them, we still haven’t received anything. It is impossible to reach the hotel by phone — you only communicate with an AI. Communication with the hotel is absolutely terrible. I would never stay at a hotel with such an attitude toward guests again, and I have stayed in many hotels before. Absolutely appalling behavior.

  Great location. Room nicely furnished with period furniture and comfy bed. Good selection of warm and cold food for buffet breakfast. Great value for money. However two points for criticism: 1) no reply to my two e-mails prior to arrival asking for information on parking close to the hotel, as the hotel does not advertise it's own parking facility2) no drinking water available in the room.Otherwise good.
