  The rooms were very clean, the apartment was well-maintained, and very well-equipped. Breakfast was excellent, buffet-style, and you can order as much as you want. The restaurant staff was always restocking. Shops, a mall, and a Lidl store were nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

  Cozy rooms, great location, magical Prague!

  The reception was located in a separate building. The room is not large, cozy, with all the amenities. The room had a kettle and tea and coffee sets. There is an excellent bakery with delicious pastries nearby. The room is warm and quiet, although it is noisy in the center. The bed is soft with large pillows. The staff is welcoming, friendly.

  Grisha, Tetiana and Sabina were all wonderful on reception. Really accommodating and were able to help with everything necessary. A real credit to the hotel and can not recommend this place enough as it is also extremely close to to everything you need.

  Alveo Suites, Prague - Wonderful!

  Travelled as parent and teenager, 3 nights in June 2024. Weather was hot (31 degrees C). We had an executive suite which had a bedroom plus a living// kitchen and was about the same size as a small flat. Plenty of room for a long stay.I give this place 5 stars for the facilities versus cost, service, value for money and space.Cleanliness- excellentNoise levels inside - silent (old building, thick external walls, 2 sets of double glazed windows (see photo), we were at the back of the building (see photo for layout)Facilities - excellent for the money. Plain furniture (IKEA style), practical.Location - excellent. Transport and supermarkets nearby. City centre walkable.Beds were set up for us as 2 singles (why can't more places do this?!)There is a lift plus stairs. All rooms/ suites are above ground level.Good to know- kitchen was equipped with 2 ring hob, fridge (no freezer), washing machine, microwave, kettle, sink/drainer. 3 pans and 1 frying pan. Tea and coffee sachets. (see photos)Choice of free room service every day (but it was June, may be different in busier times?)All staff were helpful and courteous at all times. We arrived at 3pm. I asked if I could get a room at the back and was given a choice of waiting until one could be cleaned for us or having a front room for 1 night and then changing. The cleaners a great job and did a quick turn around for us - thank you so much! Clean towels each day.To think about - no reception in building, the reception is about 150m down the street at Urban Creme. Desk was staffed at all times (very early and late you need a swipe card to get into the foyer of UC). Also to think about, curtains were floor to (very high) ceiling. They were dim out rather than blackout and difficult to get them to meet in the middle. If you need complete darkness, you might want to take a sleep mask.It has heating but no air conditioning. We opened the window at night. No mosquitoes in June.This place was a haven of peace and tranquility after a busy day of sightseeing. Loved it.

  Lying and Thieving

  This hotel receptionists were the worst. They told me the airport transfer was 30€ which also indicated on Agoda site, so i booked for 30€. When i arrived at the airport, both the driver and the hotel switched their word saying 40€ and never said 30€. Is not about the price but lying to the guest then blaming that i was mistaken.
