    A perfect located hotel in the heart of Prague. Good enough breakfast and very helpful staff. The only thing that was not good was...No shower curtain!!

    Nice small boutique hotel, we booked the suite for family of 4. Nice room and central location.But housekeeping was very poor. Same sheet's for 5 nights, not cleaning up the rooms at all! The two ladies receptionist were very friendly and helpful!The atmosphere was cosy.Value for money in general.

    Great location walking distance to everything in the Old Town and beyond though I took the tram to Prague Castle.Staff were friendly & helpful.My room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked fine.Buffet breakfast very good.Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

    Ok hotel very central located in Prague. Rooms ok for a 3* hotel. The building is very old (from 1200!), and the style very 1970. We had booked 2 suites, but it turned out they had only one, the rest were like junior suites. The one we were offered had a very creaky floor and chairs, but a good bed. We were lucky to change rooms with our friends, and got the suite we thought we had booked. They loved the room, so everybody happy! Nice staff and very good breakfast, not plentyful but good enough with everything we needed. Might come back!

    Really lovely hotel - very clean, everything you need in the rooms (including air-conditioning), charming character. Breakfast was great, and the gothic cellar where the dining room is located was fascinating. The location is brilliant, as it's right in the middle of town. The staff were all very friendly and polite, I would stay here again.
