Location

It is located on the majestic Wenceslas Square, the famous Prague landmark which breathes history and culture. The hotel is ideally situated for sightseeing, entertainment and access to the city's financial centre. It is within walking distance of the main train station and 3 metro stations. The surroundings abound with quality restaurants, fashionable bars and a variety of shops and services.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 5 suites, 10 single rooms and 88 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

    Stayed from Friday to Tuesday. Great hotel in a brilliant location. We walked to all major attractions from the hotel. Surrounded by shops and restaurants it is a very busy area that is currently under development and the workmen start work before 7am 7 days a week so as we were at the front it was noisy and we were woken but this is not the hotels fault. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating and also the staff in the adjoining restaurant (the Fat Cat) attentive and helpful. Breakfast had a mix of hot and cold food and was ok.The food served by the Fat Cat outside of breakfast was really lovely and is definitely worth a visit. There is a nuclear bunker underneath the hotel so we were in pole position for this tour which we really enjoyed. We had one problem in that the bath where the shower was located was very slippy but my husband mentioned it at reception and they sent a rubber bath mat straight up and that solved that problem. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.     We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Jalta in Prague. Our superior room was spacious, and all the thoughtful amenities slippers, bathrobe & L’0citane toiletries were very much appreciated. Having both a C and USB charger by the comfy bed was very convenient. The staff were very friendly. They greeted us in the lobby, offered us bottled water and even lent us an umbrella when it started pouring outside. The location couldn’t be better. The hotel is surrounded by shops, cafes & restaurants. It was also a quick 10 min walk to go sightseeing in Old Town, Charles Bridge, the National Museum & the train station. There is construction going on in front of the hotel, we were not disturbed by it during our stay.     Extremely rude staff at the lobby. Awful demeanour and completely ruined my experience as a guest. You came into the hotel demanding to use our toilet, then stole refreshments for our guests and ran off.

    We stayed here 5 days. This hotel is beautiful, with its high ceilings, marble floors and neutral decor. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was outstanding. If staying here and want to have dinner at the Fat Cat, reserve a table you get a free drink with you meal. Breakfast is in the Fat Cat and there's great selection.
