    Basic. More like a hostel

    Hotel is more like a hostel really. We arrived and the dour looking guy at the desk didn't even say "Hello". Just demanded our passports. The room was fine. It was clean as was the bathroom but both were small. Breakfast was fine and Continental style. Despite its name it isn't very central. No atmosphere and it would have been nice to have some communal areas.

    1) what amazed us is that they dont have slippers and toothbrushes, receptionist offers to buy those .2) at first night, in the room number 301, I woke up and saw many red iritated spots on my skin, and they were itching terribly, then from my pillow we found the bad bug spots, we immidiately reported to the teception, showed the bites and the bug, that BLAMED HS for bringing thosee bugs.BEWARE OF RECEPTIONIST RENATA, she is terrible.

    I informed the hotel 1.5 months in advance that my flight to Prague was cancelled and that I would shorten my stay by one night. Despite this very early notice, the hotel refused to refund the unused night.Given that the room was released well in advance and could have been resold, this response shows a complete lack of flexibility and customer-oriented approach. The policy may be “non-refundable”, but in situations like this, most professional hotels demonstrate at least minimal goodwill.Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I would strongly advise future guests to carefully consider the risk of strict cancellation policies, as no exceptions seem to be made even with significant advance notice and circumstances beyond the guest’s control.

    I stayed here and everything was absolutely fine. Ignore the bad reviews, it's a three star hotel and you get what you pay for – a clean, comfortable place to sleep.

    Stained bedding flat mattress and pillows shocking. Would be nice if tea and coffee facilities.

    The bed was shocking and mattress was that flat it was like sleeping on the floor. Pillows horrendous and bedding stained. I didn’t go for breakfast but my partner did. He witnessed the male staff member shouting at another customer cause he went to get another coffee The staff then went and pulled the plug out of the machine. I saw this staff member he looked like the manager. I smiled at him and he glared at me without acknowledging my smile or greeting. Other reviews are saying great location but TBH all the hotels are a great location I would not return to this hotel.
