Location

This charming and historical business hotel is located in the heart of Prague, just a few minutes away from all main attractions of the Golden City. Wenceslas Square and the Old Town Square are both 10 minutes away on foot, Prague Castle and Mala Strana are 35 minutes away and Charles Bridge is 20 minutes away. There is also a park and the Palladium shopping centre nearby.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1894. 174 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Another wonderful stay thanks to the amazing staff

    I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and continue to return because of the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. The stand put feature here is the staff, from the front desk team to the restaurant and bar everyone is very professional and kind. They genuinely make guests feel valued. The restaurant dinner options limited for vegetarians, but they can customised little bits like make the club sandwich vegetarian, they have so many non alcoholic drink options at the bar also. The breakfast is nice and well laid out too, with juices, omelette station and fruit.This time the room could have been slightly better, but I am also well aware of what to expect as the rooms are on the smaller size, but they are neat, compact and well designed with some useful storage, the bed is comfortable too. The lobby and hallways, are beautifully maintained and nice environment to the hotel. Overall another enjoyable stay, the staff and next door to mall which is nice, and a metro stop. I will always stay here when in Prague.     Very good hotel with nice rooms but 117 is probably the smallest executive one; previously got much bigger. Like the modern design but the carpet on the first floor needs urgent cleaning. Breakfast is simply but tasty. Staff helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.     The most perfect stay at this gorgeous hotel. Location couldn't have been better for all the Christmas Markets. The rooms were lovely, best fluffy robes ever!! The staff were amazing, the ambience, drinks, food all excellent!!Breakfast was the best buffet breakfast I've had in a hotel. Everything you could imagine and more!     The location is superb—right in Old Town and within easy walking distance of many of Prague’s main attractions and shopping areas.The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming across all areas of the hotel, from the front-of-house team to the restaurant and housekeeping. Martin, in particular, stood out for his helpfulness and extensive knowledge of local attractions. He was always warm and personable, greeting me each time I passed through the lobby and making me feel genuinely welcome.Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
