Great hotel, comfortable bed excellent service, and a truly epic breakfast buffet

This hotel, and it’s companion the art deco hotel across the street, have been lovingly maintained with excellent service, scrupulously, clean rooms and comfortable beds. We also loved the breakfast buffet and we ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, which was excellent and which we found to be a good value. Definitely recommend this for a stay in Prague. The only downside is that it’s not terribly close to many of the tourist sites, but Uber is easy to use here, walking is also easy unless like this week it’s in the 90s, and the tram can be found only a couple of blocks away. Great hotel with great service

Great hotel with an exquisite service. Arrived late morning, but was able to get access to room even though. Reception manager kindly helped with a reservation for the Next Door restaurant which was fully booked online. Taxi was booked promptly. Room was great; clean, spacious and a great bed. Stayed at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Prague for three nights and would definitely stay here again. The location is excellent, really well placed for getting around Prague and close to pretty much everything you’d want to see and do.The hotel itself was very clean, spacious and well looked after throughout. The staff on reception were always friendly and genuinely helpful, especially with directions and organising taxis. Special mention to the chambermaids as well because the housekeeping was excellent and very thorough every day.The restaurant next door serves fantastic food, genuinely one of the highlights of the stay, but definitely book ahead because it gets busy quickly.The room we had was fairly basic but still very comfortable, with a really comfy bed and nice touches like Rituals toiletries, which were a lot nicer than the usual hotel products.The sauna was excellent too, very hot and properly relaxing after a long day walking around Prague. The gym, however, was pretty mediocre. Fine if you just want a quick workout, but if you train seriously then it probably won’t do much for you. A couple of small improvements like easier access to ice and complimentary bottled water in the rooms would also make a difference. The minibar prices were very expensive as expected.Overall though, a really enjoyable stay with excellent staff, a great location and a comfortable atmosphere throughout. Would happily return next time I’m in Prague.
