Used to be a good choice..not anymore

Used to come to the hotel every year, it was always my choice in Prague but the last two years are quite disappointing. Room not cleaned at the check in, hairs in bathroom..come on, that’s basics. Reception staff still mostly nice, some need to understand that if you are paying 200 night you deserve at least a hello:-). Can’t do much about the noise coming from main street (trams) but please do work on the cleanliness and small details that will want people come back, I afraid it won’t be me though, plenty of other options in the same price range.

Excellent hotel, very close to the metro station and with easy access from the airport. The breakfast is incredible by European standards, with great variety and quality. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff was also very attentive and professional.This is my second stay here after many years, and the hotel has continued to improve over time. I will certainly return in the future.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below what anyone should expect. The cleanliness of the rooms was unacceptable. The room clearly had not been properly cleaned, and the overall condition made it feel neglected and poorly maintained.What made the experience even worse was the behavior of some of the reception staff. Instead of being professional and welcoming, they were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. It felt like guests were more of an inconvenience to them than customers.The breakfast was also very disappointing. Many of the items did not appear to be fresh, and the quality was far below the standards that a hotel should provide.Overall, this hotel fails in some of the most basic aspects of hospitality: cleanliness, customer service, and food quality. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise other travelers to think twice before booking here. Arrived late Sunday, room was smaller than it appeared on the website photo. But was clean and tidy. Monday housekeeping was so-soSunday, burger and beer, very nice. Breakfasts decent. Tuesday, burger and beer. What a difference. Sent mine back, my teenage son, didn't finish, didn't enjoy. Bar staff were "might be different chef". No, oh sorry etc etc. I received 20% discount for two half eaten mealsCheckout, no "how was your stay sir". Just seemed to be robotic, charge my card, provide bill. No eye contact

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient for the metro and tram which get you into the Centre of Prague quickly.We had breakfast at the hotel which had a good variety of options. I had booked the hotel as part of a Birthday gift to my partner, front desk organised a small cake, card and drinks vouchers which was a lovely gesture.
