    Spotless clean room friendly staff and good location. Mini fridge and safe in room. Hotel was good value for money and near bus stops and shops. Did lots of walking to old town also went on big bus city tour ticket lasts 24 hours.We took dinner cruise too.

    the best in prague....... amazing location everything is just walk away. clean rooms. u can cook your breakfast or small meals. glossary shops r just down. they arrange near by tours and provide pick and drop from the airport or railiway

    Failed to mention they had been burgled the day before our arrival, low and behold we were then burgled during our first day. Security cameras not working, staff working on the day but didn’t see anything, no proper locks on doors, can be forced open with a gentle push. Spent all our time in Prague talking to police and apartment manager could only offer 30% discount on next stay.. as if we’d want to stay in a police station again. Manager on the day stood drinking beer while talking to policeMichael who was looking after our booking told us we’d be getting a full refund up until we left the country and then sent a message thanking us for the beers we had left. Massively unprofessional, avoid at all costs!!

    Had holiday booked but was unable to travel so cancelled on booking.com and was due have my money back Still waiting on refund from this property cancel in November still no refund was in contact few time no reply look forward to hearing from someone on this matter

    we had the best location great cozy place welcoming and helpful staff we felt like home more over we had the best service of having a Free parking and that was the most important thing in Prague to have if you are in the heart of the city and the last thing was a perfect value for money .
