    We stayed at this hotel during Christmas period! Nice hotel but not for 4 star rate. The staff during breakfast was very very rude!

    Nice hotel in a great location. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms clean and tidy. Nice little courtyard to sit & have coffee & cigarette in. Breakfast was a bit hit & miss. One day there was mashed potatoes, another day a tray of green beans. Made me think they might have been the night before’s dinner leftovers!! Apart from that, very good value.

    I booked several rooms directly through the EA Hotel New Town website.However, the amount charged ended up being higher than the confirmed booking price due to the hotel’s internal exchange rate.I contacted the hotel multiple times to ask for clarification but never received a reply.The property itself may be fine, but the lack of transparency and communication is disappointing for a 4-star hotel.I’ll update this review after my stay.

    We stayed 4 nights at the EA new town hotel, a nice hotel.We were on the 5th floor, there is a lift and very thankful for that lift.The room was quite small and nice size bathroom. The bed was very comfy.There was a kettle provided with sugar, teabags but no milk sadly.In the fridge were 2 bottles of water, 2 cans of cola and a bottle of pilsner, not complimentary so if you have any you need to pay on day of checking out.The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.All in all a nice place to stay.Close to all public transport.And within walking distance of places to eat and drink.Apologies for no pictures as I took so many of my time out of the hotel
