Location

This hotel is located in a quiet side street in the heart of Prague's New Town. A diverse range of shopping and entertainment opportunities can be found in the immediate vicinity. Famous sights, such as Wenceslas Square, Charles Bridge, the Old Town, and the castle can all be reached in about 15 min walk. A public transport stop and the National Theatre as well as the Black Light Theatre are a few minutes walk away. The opera is around 2 km from the hotel, whilst the airport lies some 20 km from the city centre.

Facility

The hotel has a suite, 10 single rooms and 68 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service. Bicycle storage is also available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked.

Sport

The hotel provides a number of options for sport and leisure. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including cycling/mountain biking and a gym.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A generous breakfast buffet and dinner are served every day.

    Stayed three nights on business. The hotel is cozy with very friendly staff, and a charming bartender! The rooms were clean and well kept. I don’t eat meat, but the breakfast had plenty of options, fresh fruit and vegetables every day. The hummus was lovely. Can absolutely recommend this hotel and I may come back for a second stay in the future!     I spent many wonderful evenings in the lobby bar with my husband drinking the best hot chocolates in the world made by bartender Martin.     Hotel Elite - amazing experience

    This a fantastic hotel. So close to the town center but when sitting in the amazing courtyard you could think you are miles from the town center.The staff were outstanding. Truly couldn't do enough to help us from ideas directions and in the rooms.The room was a little small but plenty big enough for us as you are there to sleep.We are planning to go back soon and we will stay here.The breakfasts were great and really set us up for a day of exploring this amazing city.If you dont like the news you may need to bring something to entertain you on your roomI would recommend this hotel to everyone.     Superb hotel with excellent breakfast

    A wonderful hotel in a great location, easy access to all of the attractions. Staff were very professional, efficient, friendly and most helpful with describing the things to see in Prague. We arrived earlier than the stated check-in time, but as our room was ready, we were allowed to check-in early. Room was a nice size, with a completely separate bathroom, very clean. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of choice, from hot and cold foods. From the bar, there was a lovely garden / patio area which was very quiet and pleasant to sit in. Would definitely recommend this hotel, excellent value for money.
