    Don't stay here. I arrived in Prague late at night and due to the reception closing at 4pm I had to go through a very confusing online check in process. During this check in, I asked that my room be cleaned on both days of my stay, and that just never happened. Additionally, booking.com lists an executive suite as having two twins and a queen bed, which we thought would be suitable for four people. Upon arrival, we walked into a room with one double bed and a twin tucked in the corner by the TV. When the front desk found out we had exceeded the limit of three people per room, a rule we were not previously aware of, we were harassed by the manager and forced to buy a new room and pay a fee. Obviously we were not aware we were violating a rule, and we would not have booked just one room had we known. The front desk's customer service skills are that of a low quality motel at best. Additionally, there were bugs all over our room, to the point where I woke up in the night to one crawling on my face. Had I known all of this would have happened, I would have explored other options for a hotel. Regarding insects, no report was made during your stay and our team found no evidence afterwards. However, as the building is surrounded by many trees, it can occasionally happen that flying insects enter the room if windows are left open with the lights on. In such cases, our team is always happy to assist and provide solutions to ensure a comfortable stay.     defect apartment - unprofessional manager

    I booked an apartment with a terrace at Elizabeth Suites for a weekend. When we arrived, we were told the apartment was unavailable due to a defect. The only alternative we were offered was accommodations without a terrace, and they refused to give us a discount.The manager wasn't solution-oriented and told us to find something else, which was difficult to do on short notice on the Easter weekend.It's good that booking.com supported us and found an acceptable alternative.     Good location, easy to get to from the airport on the bus then underground. 10 min walk to Wenceslas Square then another 10 min to the old town Astronomical clock and 5 to Charles Bridge. Nice clean room with 2 single beds put together, kitchenette area, fridge, kettle, microwave. Helpful reception staff.Nearby restaurants & costa coffee over the road.

    Our room was a very nice one - spacious, light with a balcony. It was quiet and clean. The bed was very good and so were the pillows. The reception works from 10 till 16. Guests receive messages from the hotel with instructions to check in. The hotel sends the key code to the application they work with and guests should download it. There was something wrong with our mobile connection so we were unable to see our virtual key. We had to call the number the hotel provided and they helped us to solve the problem - we had to pick the physical card to our room from their hotel partner not far away. The hotel is well located - about 25 minutes walk to the old city.

    the accommodation was clean and adequate considering the price x performance. it is near the center. the windows were well soundproofed and the staff at the reception was nice. I just missed soap on the sink, a box with tissues. I can recommend.
