Great Location, but the Hotel Needs Improvement

I chose this hotel because of its location, but in my opinion, it deserves a lower rating than 3 stars. The room was relatively clean, but the bed was uncomfortable. The hotel also lacks proper sound insulation, so getting a good night’s sleep is difficult — during my stay, there were very noisy guests in the hotel. One day, the toilet stopped working, but the hotel fixed the issue quickly. The bed linen was probably clean, although it looked quite old and worn out.

It was the worst.hotel.i have ever been in. We had to share a bathroom which was awful the shower head was broken so couldn't get a shower. The bedding looked like it hadn't been changed from the previous occupancy and had stains on. It didn't smell nice . It was also 1 hours walk from centre. The customer service was dreadful. We moved hotels but they weren't interested when we tried to.complain. we wont mention that we were bitten in night not sure what we were sharing a bed with. Certainly not like pictures

Its budget so you get the basics.However, it was not good. The window didn't shut properly. There was a hole in the shower door and a dent in the bathroom door, we assume from a punch. There were brown stains on the duvets. There was a strong bad smell from the bathroom that did not leave during the time we got there. There were only two hangers so couldn't hang any clothes up. The top floor wasn't accessible from the lift. The mornings were loud outside, but we accept that noise happens anywhere.

Second worst hotel experience of my life. Please do not go there. Rooms are dirty, sheets are stained, towels have big holes in them, there is no cupboard in the room, lamps and mostly everything in bathroom is broken, f.i. broken shower door was replaced with remains of the curtain. There was dirt and dust everywhere. Breakfast was scary with dirty cups which needed to be broken off from the shelf. Elevator did not work. Only positive thing was hot water.

Worst hotel ever. The rooms are very dirty and there are no basic cleanliness features. I couldn't take a shower due to the lack of water drainage and the towels were very dirty and stained as were the bed sheets which I also changed. My car windows were broken and there was an attempted robbery. Didn't see any interest in visitors leaving before the reservation deadline and did not refund the amount due despite paying the deposit. It was a terrible hotel.
