Location

The hotel is located at the metro station Vyšehrad (line C), 100 m from Prague Congress Centre and only 2 stops (about 1.5 km) from the city centre. Bars and restaurants can be found within approximately 100 m of the hotel, while the famous Wenceslas Square is only about 1.5 km away and Vyšehrad castle about 2 km away. Prague Ruzyně Airport is around 20 km away.

Facility

539 non-smoking rooms and 22 suites are located on 24 storeys and can be reached by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The freshwater pool complex (for a fee) guarantees comfortable swimming with its indoor area and pleasantly heated water. Sun loungers are ready and waiting on the terrace. For sports enthusiasts who wish to work out indoors, a gym is available for a fee. There is a wellness area with a spa and a sauna and, for an additional fee, a steam bath, a beauty salon and massage treatments.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can indulge their palates at the non-smoking restaurant, which features air conditioning and a separate area for smokers. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and lactose-free food can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    We had a lovely stay overall. The staff were very friendly and efficient throughout our visit. Any time we requested extra items such as a fan, an iron, or additional towels, they were provided quickly with no issues.The room itself was comfortable, although it could do with a little TLC in a few places. Nothing major, but a bit of refreshing would make a difference. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work very well, which is why we requested a fan, but the fan helped make the room more comfortable.The pool and sauna facilities were a nice bonus and provided a great way to relax after a day out.One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is the location. The tube station is right outside the hotel, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore the city.Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent staff and a very convenient location. We’d happily stay again.

    Very enjoyable stay in Prague!

    We stayed for six days and were very happy with our stay. The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast had plenty of choices and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed a couple of relaxing afternoons at the hotel’s piano bar. The metro station Vysehrad is just outside the hotel, a few minutes away from Wenceslas Square.

    Terrible hot room experience

    The hotel room was extremely hot. The air conditioning couldn't be adjusted to cool down. All my colleagues at the hotel have the same complaint. I wouldn't advise anyone to come here in the summer. I called maintenance and they couldn't solve the problem.

    This a refurbished hotel built long time ago. The refurbishment went well now it a cosy elegant hotel. The room was fine and so was the service. An extensive selection of fine food for breakfast with piano music. It is located next to Congress Centre and Vysehrad. The value, cleanliness and noise level was acceptable.

    Stayed for 3 nights. Reception very efficient and friendly, quickly booked in and paid additional tourist tax. Given complimentary bottle of wine as a welcome and advised free use of spa. Room was good, (carpet a little worn in places) but room clean and complimentary water bottle, coffee and tea (no milk though but available at bar). Mini bar well stocked and available at additional cost plus free safe. TV with various English channels available. Large hanging space and shelves but missing option of drawers. Bathroom spotless though slightly dated and poor extraction, could improve shower unit that held shower head in situ as kept moving and only a small bath. Clean towels everyday and white company bottles of shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and body lotion and tissues as well as a few essentials (shower cap, toothbrush, cotton pads if needed). Bath robes and slippers. Bed comfortable and nice clean white bedding with plump pillows. Air con not great as noisy and didn’t get cold. Spa facilities good, pool with city view and bar along with steam rooms and sauna and showers. Ate in restaurant food was great and service very professional and attentive. Bell hop very helpful with bags. Highly recommend, metro a few yards from hotel entrance and providing easy access everywhere. Popular hotel with businesses and conferences as well as tourists. Great stay
