This magnificent hotel is located near to Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge. Wenceslas Square and the Old Town are within easy reach by foot. Copious shops and other entertainment options are also near at hand.

Facility

67 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room.     Medium range hotel | there’s a catch

    The hotel is nice and the entrance is very appealing. Location is quite good and you are one tram line to the city center. Breakfast is amazing. They don’t have double beds, they put together 2 beds, not that comfy. Now the down sides. I booked over Booking dot com two double bed rooms without view. On the pictures on that platform as well on their web site the room is depicted as it were in the attic. We got rooms in basement! They didn’t want to change the rooms although there were some available at the moment of our check in. Moreover last night there was a party going on in the lobby right above our rooms (701-702). We called the receptionist at 00:30 but to no avail. The party lasted until 02:30 and we couldn’t sleep. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and they don’t care about their guests at all. We confront receptionist this morning in person and all she was doing was smiling. Unbelievable.

    Awful hotel , please avoid we booked for 4 nights, the heartfelt bg does not work, and despite follow ips no one repaired. Lift stops every now and then and you will have to drag your luggage because no repairs. The washbasin sink was clogged but despite follow-ups after 4 days it remains clogged. Staff not helpful no resolution . Avoid the hotel

    Great location and facilities. The staff is friendly and efficient. Very clean and cozy. Breakfast is rich and satisfying. Great value.

    Just returned from Prague, booked this hotel last minute and got a fantastic deal B&B- check in quick and easy with friendly staff, 4th floor room overlooking the main road, you could hear trams but it didn’t bother me. The room was big, 2 singles and a double, wardrobe with safe and good sized bathroom with shower and hairdryer.Location is good out of the main busy area but walkable with lots to see around.Breakfast in the basement with different chambers with tables and chairs. Sausage, eggs, pasta, meat, cheeses and fruits- cakes and cereals. Coffee machine and a choice of teas, along with fruit juices. Not bad at all for the price!!

    We stayed two times and every time in rooms with very different size and layout. Slightly surprising… however, this building was originally a normal appartements building adapted to a hotel needs. Staff at the reception is very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was fine, obviously foreseen for large tourists groups. Some problems with the lift and taking the stairs upstairs is not an easy exercise, even less with a luggage. Clean rooms and well equipped bathroom. Slightly outside the busy city center but at walking distance to the Prague castle (Hradcany), nice 30 minutes’ walk through the Petrin parc or along the Moldau via Kampa and then up to the castle. Or over the bridge, to the National theatre and direction Wenceslas place, all within 30 minutes easy walk. Also, a huge shopping mall is within 20 minutes’ walk, in the Andel area. And a tram stop is at 200 m distance, easy ! Overall, a very positive impression.
