    Watch out !!!!Today my parents tried to make contact with me because of an urgent family issue !!The reception would not take any action tn see if i was still in the room.He even got angry on the telefone and to the People who where asking for me me in front of his face !!!Even booking.com got in contact with the reception and they where told i checken out already!!!I WAS STILL IN MY ROOM AND MISSED THE FAMILY ISSUE BECAUSE OF A LAZY, INCOMPETENT AND ANNOYED RECEPTIONIST.So be careful if you book this hotel.This story will apparaat on a lot off different social media , i wish City Centre hotel in Prague all Lucky in the world after my social media contents

    we got to the hotel on monday afternoon, not only did we check in later the rooms were not clean when we arrived and a day later german cockroaches were found crawling inside the pillow and mattress and on the duvet, the rooms have not seemed be cleaned since we have arrived, i feel unsafe and the breakfast is not amusing, this was all in the space of 24 hours. I will not be coming back as this hotel is VERY unhygienic.

    The service was terrible. The breakfast was very limited. The toilet in our room broke and the staff just said that the hotel was fully booked and the repairman would not arrive until the following days. Only positive thing was location……..

    Surviving the Sleepless Hotel

    Disastrous! This hotel is a haven for rowdy teenagers who seem to have mistaken it for their personal playground. The noise levels are unbearable, with the constant shrieks and shouts echoing well into the early hours of the morning. The rooms are in desperate need of a deep clean, and don't even get me started on the state of the bathrooms. Save yourself the misery and book elsewhere – this hotel is a nightmare waiting to happen."

    I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It is in a very good location, very central. Located right next to a large shopping centre and tram stops. Ticked all of the boxes for my needs. The room was adequate - it is what you’d expect for a budget hotel. With the price I paid for 3 nights, I wasn’t expecting luxury. The room was a little dated with old carpet and thin mattresses but was spacious enough. The walls were very thin and you could easily hear noise from other rooms but it wasn’t of bother. The room looked out over the main street so was a little loud due to the thin windows. The lock on the door would not work so was a little worried. The bathroom was a wet room. The shower was very weak and low on the wall. It easily flooded, flooding the whole bathroom which was a little inconvenient. The toilet was very high from the floor. Friendly reception staff, very helpful and spoke good English. There was a toilet and a luggage room by reception. The breakfast was lacking slightly. The food wasn’t great and there wasn’t much choice. There was a coffee machine but no toaster. I’d recommend you get to the breakfast room earlier rather than later as it gets busy and is a very small room. It is what I’d expect though with a budget hotel and the price paid. You get given a WiFi token with a username and password which lasts for all of your stay. Overall, an okay hotel. I would recommend but just have watch on your expectations.
