  Stayed at Clement for 4 nights. The stay was very good. Front desk staff was very helpful. Lot of restaurants next to the hotel if you do not wish to travel far for food. Key points:-1. We had 2 large suitcases, so took Uber from airport. Approx fare was 625Kr. It took about 20-25 mins to reach the hotel. Prague central station is 7 min drive from the hotel. 2. Hotel has 2 lifts (1 big and 1 small) so no issue there. Our room was on top floor with a balcony. Rooms have all the amenities including heated floor if needed. 3. Being vegetarians (can consume egg), breakfast options were limited. But its expected. 4. Old town is 10 min walk from the hotel. Nearest tram / bus stop is 5 min walk. So commuting is quite easy. Pls buy the day pass (2/3/4) days for hassle free commute. If you can travel anywhere in Prague zone using the card. Be careful to activate the card only when you start your first trip as the timer begins moment you activate the card. 5. Local currency is preferred by restaurants etc. Hence carry enough local currency. For vegetarions / vegan, a must try restaurant is “Maitrea”.   Fantastic Hotel and Staff

  Just returned from a four night stay. Every member of staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spotless, the bed very comfortable and with air-con, a mini bar, hair dryer and heated bathroom floor we had everything we needed. Breakfast was one of the best, lots of choices and plenty of staff to help. The location is perfect, everywhere was walkable and an easy journeu to the airport. We would highly recommend it.   We recently stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful. We had a top floor room with the panoramic windows which were so beautiful, with views of the river and skyline out towards Prague Castle. Night time was gorgeous seeing all the lights around the city from the balcony. The room and bed was so comfortable, bathroom spacious with underfloor heating, dressing gowns provided and very good priced mini fridge in the room to. Staff at the hotel where all very pleasant and super helpful in keeping our luggage on arrival and departure so we could make the most of exploring until we could check in/leave. Staff had excellent English and where so very helpful in sorting anything you needed or giving adviseBreakfast was a large buffet to help yourself and there was so much choice which was constantly restocked and it was all so fresh and tasty.   Nice, but the breakfast is not worth it

  Stayed here for a couple of nights with me friends for a city break. The staff was quite lovely and the room was very clean, also very quiet and pleasant. All tho there are things they could improve upon. Firstly the pillows were atrocious! They were big hotel pillows and not small normal ones you sleep with. I didn’t really feel it the first night but after the second one it was horrible. Second the breakfast is just not worth it. After reading quite a few reviews I was expecting a good to decent breakfast. So when i arrived for breakfast I was surprised to see the smallest breakfast section of a hostel I have ever been too. And also the food wasn’t good, the juice and water weren’t cold they were at room temperature, which I didn’t find all that refreshing. The coffee and hot chocolate was good. But I was really disappointed. I did enjoy my stay here, but I really hope they improve on the breakfast, because if they do i would love to come back.   My stay at Hotel Clement was mixed.I booked and prepaid three rooms – one from Friday to Sunday and two from Saturday to Monday. Friends who were supposed to arrive on Friday cancelled at the last minute, and I informed the hotel about this on Friday. I did not receive any refund or compensation.Moreover, when I arrived at the hotel on Saturday, I found out that the room I had booked and paid for (Friday to Sunday) had been resold to other guests. I consider this unfair – the room I paid for was sold again, yet I received no refund, no compensation, and not even a simple apology.The hotel itself is fine. Breakfast was tasty, but for a 4-star hotel the selection is rather limited. Additionally, ordering an omelette costs extra, which I find surprising for this standard.The Superior room was basically a standard room in my opinion and not worth the extra charge.The underground parking is very tight (space for about 4 cars) and access is via a car lift. If you are not experienced with tight manoeuvring, I would not recommend using it. While our selection focuses on freshness and quality, we understand that expectations regarding variety may vary.
