Location

This hotel is situated in the northern district of Prague and is around 6 km from the city centre. One of the largest shopping centres in the country lies in the hotel's vicinity. A metro station, Střížkov, has been constructed in front of the hotel which directly connects to the city centre in 10 min and provides guests with convenient access. The airport is around 20 km away.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 9-storey building with a lift and 646 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (for a fee). A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast. For lunch, guests can order à la carte. A set menu can be ordered at dinner.     Time Breakfast to avoid Coach Parties

    Huge Hotel easily accessible from the nearby Metro Station - Lidl in close proximity if you require supplies and a mini fridge in the room.24 Hour self service shop in the Foyer for purchase of snacks and hot and cold drinks.Room was quite a good size with Kettle and Tea/Coffee supplies.Breakfast from 0630 - 1030 good hot and cold selection but watch out for Coach Parties descending in their hordes at opening time.Staff pleasant and helpful.

    I am one of those guests who will tear a hotel apart if things aren't right. I am highly demanding, I expect top-notch quality for my money, and I do not tolerate shortcomings. However, Hotel Duo absolutely blows me away every single time.Not only is it in a great location, with hassle, free parking, and perfectly clean, spacious rooms, but their customer service is simply unmatched. They approach every request with genuine patience and respect, always going above and beyond. Even their most budget-friendly rooms provide excellent comfort. I have tried almost all of their room categories - from the most affordable options to the higher tiers. The only one that slipped through my fingers this time was the Presidential Suite because it was fully booked, but I will definitely get it next time.I would like to express my huge thanks to Mr. Vala (Rooms Division Manager) for his incredible helpfulness, as well as to the wonderful Ms. Kristýna (Breakfast Supervisor). Dealing with a client like me requires true professionals, and these two absolutely fit the description.When it comes to value for money, Hotel Duo has no competition in Prague!

    We’re giving it four stars strictly because of the breakfast, which is buffet style and excellent. The room is comfortable, but there’s no air-conditioning and if you open the window, the noise from the street is overwhelming.. bathroom amenities include hairdryer and soap on the wall.

    Good value in “concrete jungle” Prague

    Stayed for four days for work (nearby). Did the job : clean, good wifi, ok shower, decent breakfast. It’s crazy busy with big trips/conferences coming and going - but all quite efficient. The corridors are noisy so you are at the mercy of the school hockey tournament that decides to practice indoors - but they’ll be gone next day. Only complaints were that the room was constantly heated to 25C - the only solution was to open the window and contribute to global warming whilst listening to road noise. And that two days out of four they did not make up the room. On the other hand, they let me check in pretty early which was handy.It’s out of town but next to the metro so easy to get into the old centre in 20mins. There’s a nice microbrewery (Cobolis) one metro stop nearer town

    Air conditioning is turned off until the month of May. Great breakfast and very friendly staff.
