    Terrible Hotel. Just spent two nights there, never again. Appears shiny new but badly built… awful and cheap interior design and fittings, stuffy room, very dodgy plumbing, room badly cleaned etc. Front desk staff are young, perhaps students and are - with one very unpleasant exception - generally nice and trying their best but are badly trained to the point of incompetence. There is obviously no real manager running the place. My advice is to stay away - this is just another ‘chew them up and spit them out’ hotel machine.

    I stayed at this hotel in a business trip.They checked me in a room, which smelled horrible.When I complained, they changed the room and the next room was extremely cold, 16 Celsius max.The food was mediocre and the staff was friendly.Overral 3/10.Don't recommend, I don't know why the reviews are so big.

    Great Hotel, easy reach from the airport and close to the main square in Prague. Great comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast is lovely and so are the staff. All round great experience for a trip with some friends. Would definitely return in the future

    This is a good tourist hotel with really well appointed rooms and palatial bathrooms .Breakfast is excellent and staff are friendly and helpful.You can access this from the airport for the princely sum of £2.70 ( for two ) using the excellent transport system and this takes about 40 minutes in total .We like to explore and l have been ripped off too often by taxi drivers in the past.you can walk into town in about half an hour if you are so inclined

    The hotel is ok, clean, good location, breakfast is good, but the pillows are horror. Couldn’t sleep for a minute, had a headache due to the hard and big pillow. Seriously such a nice hotel should offer different pillows. And no internet connection on the far end side of the hotel. Guess WiFi doesn’t reach that far.
