    We had a lovely stay here. The staff were very helpful and kind when it was my mums birthday. There is a good selection at breakfast, a minibar fridge and a kettle. Good location too.

    Bed and pillows horribly uncomfortable. Work being done on the room next to me on a Sunday for hours. This wouldn't have been a problem if I was told. I paid for a hotel room under the impression I was able to relax in it when I need to. Unfortunately I was massively disturbed with no warning/heads up. Location and price not too bad. Staff friendly enough. but I can't overlook the fact that if you pay for a hotel room, you should at least be told if they will be doing maintenance right next to your room so you can plan your activities around it at least.

    A great location, close to the local tram line and metro. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tidy and clean rooms. Good choice of breakfast and value for money. Plus free mulled wine. I highly recommend this hotel.

    really nice people working there and very delicious breakfast. not so far from the center, we had nice weather so it was nice to have a small walk
