The holiday apartments were built in 1890. The apartment hotel has 26 suites, 2 apartments and 28 single rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room.     This Hotel is not a 4 star hotel. Whilst the staff in reception was faultless they had no idea about the central heating not working. We had 3 young kids and a freezing room. One member told us that...
