  A friendly, welcoming stay!

  We had a lovely welcome at the Three Storks Hotel when we checked in and were offered a complimentary welcome drink.Our room was very comfortable and well serviced by the friendly staff.Breakfast buffet had a wide range of choice and we were greeted again by the staff who welcomed us each day.The location is excellent as it is only a few minutes walk from lovely bars and restaurants, as well as tram services which are regular and inexpensive.Charles Bridge and the busy old town are walkable and it is lovely to return to the quieter are for a cold beer.An excellent 3 night stay!

  Great location and great room.

  Stayed with the family during 3-day city break in Feb-26.Great location close to Charles Bridge and set within a small courtyard next to its sister hotel, The three storks, which handles check in and check out. We stayed in room 11, which was ideal for us and set up as a double room and a twin room overlooking a courtyard with small seating area and modern smart bathroom. The room was really smart, comfortable and clean, with mini bar and normal hospitality tray with teas and coffee.There was no iron or board in the room but reception had an iron to borrow, but no board, which made things a little tricky.Breakfast was in a small cellar area and was a great setting although when busy it was a little cramped. Food was excellent with lots of hot and cold buffet options and thin really set us up for a day of sightseeing. The lady managing the service was superb and really attentive and welcoming too.I have rated the hotel 4 vs 5 stars for one reason only, the noise around 6am from deliveries and guests leaving over the cobbled stones outside, which impacted sleep which is a big deal for me.The area itself is really quite safe and quiet and we’d definitely stay again if ever in Prague and would recommend to others, but perhaps would ask for a different room.Overall a great visit, lovely staff and a great little hotel. Don’t hesitate to book if you looking for hotel that can accommodate a family with separate sleeping areas.

  A great place to stay!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it!The main reason is that the hotel is perfectly located on a quiet square, but within walking distance of both the historic city centre (15 minutes via the beautiful Charles Bridge/Karlův most) and Prague Castle and St. Vitus Cathedral. You simply couldn't be at a better location. Close to everything, but with the much-needed peace and quiet at night. The hotel itself is also charming. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and spacious enough. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom has underfloor heating, and there's both a refrigerator and a safe. The staff are also friendly and helpful.Breakfast is served in the cellar, a delightful place to sit. The selection is rather limited, but the ingredients are fresh, and everyone should find something to their liking. We stayed in the family suite room 24 and honestly can't think of any negative points. However, there is a room 1 on the ground floor near the entrance, which I believe won't be ideal as everyone passes by all the time.Anyway, in a nutshell, I would certainly recommend this hotel.

  Great Stay, Wonderful Breakfast!

  This was our first stay on our 14 day vacation. We had a junior suite which was very spacious and clean. It was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, which was made very clear on their website and all correspondence from the hotel. The stairs are narrow and 4 flights up since the ground floor in Europe is 0. The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We had an interesting conversation with the bartender, Darena, in the lobby bar. The breakfast was wonderful!! The variety and quality of the food was one of the best we have ever had in all our travels. It’s in the restored cellar of the building, nice atmosphere to enjoy your meal. We had a car and parking was not convenient since the location in the old town has limited space. We opted for valet parking which was expensive but worth it for us.We would definitely return to this hotel next time in Prague!

  Quiet hotel, delicious breakfast, and great air conditioning

  This hotel is really nice and located off the main street so it is quiet. My family of 5 had two rooms and everyone slept great here. The air conditioning worked great and was a welcome amenity after a full day in the city. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning which was well stocked with numerous choices for breakfast. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. There is a courtyard in the hotel which added to the charm of this hotel. Check-in was easy and we were escorted to the Waldstein and given a brief tour of the hotel. The hotel is a short walk from the tram. I will definitely stay here again.
