  Blood Stains on Both Bed Sheets – Very Dirty Apartment

  Unfortunately this was a very disappointing stay.The apartment was clearly not properly cleaned. Both bed sheets had visible blood stains, which was extremely shocking and unacceptable. The floor was also very dirty — my white socks turned black after walking around the apartment.Other basic things were also not maintained. The washing machine still had wet towels left inside, the hair dryer was broken, and even the trash bin in the room was damaged and not repaired.What made the experience worse was how the situation was handled. The apartment is listed for up to four guests. We initially entered two guests in the booking and later wanted to update it to four, but the system did not allow the change. Instead of addressing the cleanliness issues we reported, the host focused on charging an additional €20 per person per night for having more people.Overall the apartment felt poorly maintained and unhygienic.

  Superb apartment in Prague

  Fantastic spacious apartments, just outside the centre of Prague. Very good communication with the owners and solved every problem. The only issue was the stairs to the attic bedroom are a bit steep after a few drinks!Overall, fantastic apartments. P.S. where do you get your pillows, they were the most comfortable ones we have ever had!   Amazing Prague Christmas Break

  We arrived in Prague on the 24th November until 1st December and enjoyed the last two days of our trip in the amazing atmosphere of the Christmas Market. Our whole trip was very enjoyable and was so lucky with the weather. Our apartment was so nice, clean warm and comfortable. Our host was amazing and made our stay very easy. The communication from start to the end of our trip, can only be described as excellent. Mykhaylo Kolesnyk was so very helpful and responded to any questions we asked immediately. I would highly recommend the apartments that was only a short walk to a tram stop, (number 17), which will take you into the city with only a short walk to the famous Charles Bridge, and a few minutes stroll into the main square where you will find a tourist information office with all the information to get the best from your trip.. Restaurants, coffee shops and much much more in every direction. Our trip started with a comfortable apartment and the city experience was a delight..   Beautiful apartment and excellence service from Management.

  Was in Prague at the beginning of October 2024 and rented this beautiful apartment. The location is great if you are looking for a quiet environment. The neighbourhood is wonderful with many shops, grocery stores and excellent restaurants. With good tram service, you can easily get to Old Town or even walk across the bridge. (20 minutes). The apartment is spacious and clean and includes everything needed in the kitchen to prepare meals if you decide to stay home. We received excellent service from Management which is quick to reply to your requests. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you!   I stayed at Louren Apartments for a little over 2 months and I felt right at home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and air conditioned!Mykhalo is so nice, friendly and a real gentleman. All the staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. Anytime I needed anything they helped me with it.The flat is in a perfect location, close to town centre, restaurants and cafe's nearby, supermarkets, beautiful parks, all within walking distance or a short tram ride. The tram stops are just a 2 minute walk from the building which was perfect and even though the tram passes through, it didn't disrupt my sleep.
