Within the same neighbourhood as this city hotel guests will find Sea World, Krizik's Fountain, The National Gallery, epet ARENA, Stromovka Park, Prague's Zoo, Planetarium and the botanical garden Fata Morgana. Facility

The hotel has 8 junior suites, 83 single rooms and 146 double rooms, which are located on 10 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine.     Great Vibe, Nice Room & Convenient to Transit

    I wasn't sure about this location originally, as it's a little further from the old town and the train station than other properties I was considering but in retrospect this was for the best!Prague's tourist areas are ridiculously crowded, Mamma Shelter is in an area with lots of restaurants nearby and a central tram stop out front yet in a more mellow area. It was only 10 to 15 minutes to take a tram anywhere where we wanted to go and easy to walk places as well.The lobby is a ton of fun with free pinball, arcade games, foosball and a pool table. The restaurant/bar terrace were a lot of fun and reasonably priced (very tasty pizza). Breakfast was decent, not amazing but pretty good with a make your own juice machine.We stayed in an XL suite and it was huge 1.5 bathrooms, large living areas and a king size bed. Nice views of the city as well.Only small issues were we had were the fridge in the room didn't keep drinks very cold and housekeeping didn't replinish our Nespresso pods.     Cannot say enough about this hotel. Amazing super fun decor, incredible buffet breakfast, friendly young staff. We arrived early, they stored our luggage as we explored. We had a XXL Mama room which has a powder room and living room. Well appointed and clean. This is like an upscale hostel for adults who need to be reminded to have fun. Good location.     Beautiful and stylish hotel with a very cozy atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything smelled amazing. We also loved the espresso at the bar and the brunch options. Great location for exploring Prague and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect, my room super clean, the bed huge and very comfortable and the French-speaking team at the desk extremely welcoming and helpful in every detail - particularly Julian.All in all a great place to feel at home in Prague!
