  A very well-maintained hotel with extremely helpful staff… always ready to lend a hand with a smile, whatever the situation. On-site parking is available, and there are excellent bars and a restaurant, as well as a stunning rooftop bar which can be reached by cable car directly from the hotel. Highly recommended!   I strongly advise against staying here.

  This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had in Europe. The issue was both the hygiene and the overall conditions in the room. As shown in the photos I attached, there were dirty floors, holes in the walls, some strange stains that looked like paint or, even worse, dried blood, and disgusting dirty curtains. I was genuinely afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet.After showing the same photos to the staff and explaining the situation, all I heard was that they were “very sorry.” The price of the room in this old property is absurdly high for conditions worse than in a student hostel or dormitory.I will not even mention the fact that during breakfast water was leaking from the ceiling in the middle of the dining area, with a bucket placed underneath it. This is completely unacceptable, and this place does not deserve to be called a hotel. I strongly advise against staying here. We're very sorry that you've encountered so many issues, which affected your overall satisfaction with our provided services.We understand that there were many aspects of your stay, which led to overall dissatisfaction with our property and as well consequently to your shared feedback on Tripadvisor website.We'd like to assure you that we take your feedback very seriously, and we've already taken action to rectify mentioned aspects, especially related to the room state and your shared photos about the room condition. This is not per our standard and we want to assure you that such elements are being taken care of and our team will work on proper improvements.We're very sorry that no further assistance or provided solution to your described situation had been provided during your time, when you communicated these aspects to our front office team. We'd most definitely offer you a proper way to fix the main issues in your room or to change the room, when necessary or our manager could communicate with you further, what solutions could be provided to you to rectify the inconveniences during your time at our property.We understand your points related to the prices for the rooms, but this aspect is related to the specific demand and interest in our hotel from our guests in this period of time. Prices per room can abruptly change, if the demand is very high and this cause price differentiations. We apologize for the inconveniences, which were mentioned as well during your experience of the breakfast. As you can imagine, the described situation with the leak of water from the ceiling was immediately reported to us and we took action to find out the source of the leak. Unfortunately, one of the internal waterpipes above broke down, and this led to consequent leak from the ceiling. We happen to have a special system installed, which helps us to take care of such situations, but at this particular segment of our ceiling, water was leaking very intensively. We did our best to stop the leak - and consequently, without abruption of the time for the breakfasts for our guests, we had to use what was possible to catch the falling water - and in this case, it was the available buckets. We wouldn't want to get in the situation, where some of the falling water could be left on the main floor and anyone from our guests or staff would be negatively further impacted by such occurrence.It would be our pleasure, if you were willing to get in touch with us back - as we do not have a direct email or phone contact on you - and to find some suitable way to rectify these experiences to you further.   Great hotel with friendly staff and excellent service

  I was visiting Prague during the end of April and stayed in the NH Hotel with my girlfriend. The check-in and check-out was seamless, we could leave our luggage with the reception without any problems and had a room on the top floor.It was pretty warm in our room but the AC made quick work of this. The windows could also be opened, so the room was cozy in no time. The bed was huuuuge and overall the room was very comfortable! The bathroom was clean and had a great shower + mirrors. The highlight is the viewing point which can only be access by cable car going through the hotel lobby. The view was spectacular, whether it was night or day. We will come again for sure!
