Location

This hotel enjoys an ideal location in a peaceful area, just outside the city centre. Guests will find the nearest metro station just 250 m away (Pankrac) and the hotel lies only 4 stops from the city centre, making it the perfect base from which to explore the sights of Prague. It is 250 m to the shops (Arkady), 500 m to Vysehrad Citadel and 3 km to the city centre, with Wenceslas Square and the Old Town. Prague Airport is 20 km away.

Facility

441 rooms are located on 23 storeys and can be reached by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom.     Lovely Stay, Great Location and Friendly Staff

    The hotel is really lovely and in a great location — there’s a metro station and a shopping centre right behind the hotel, and local shops and restaurants right alongside it, which made everything very convenient.The staff were amazing — extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with an omelette station and pretty much everything you could think of catered for.The room was well equipped, with a kettle provided, and the bathroom had a hairdryer along with shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries supplied, which was really handy. A particularly nice touch was the housekeeping — the cleaner always left us extra bottles of water, which was very much appreciated after long days out exploring.My only small complaints were the drinks and pillows. The coffee was never hot, and being from the UK I couldn’t find any English tea bags at breakfast (luckily I had brought my own!). The pillows were awful — I travel a lot and they had no substance at all. Even after asking for extra pillows, they still weren’t very comfortable.The shower also seemed to have a mind of its own — I didn’t want to wash my hair at first, but it suddenly sprang to life and made the decision for me!The spa area is okay. The steam room fits about four people comfortably, and the sauna is unisex where nudity is allowed, with people walking around naked — not really my thing, but worth knowing in advance.We also had access to the business lounge where there was free coffee, tea, and snacks. The hotel bar had a happy hour and light entertainment on some evenings, which added a nice atmosphere.Overall, we had a lovely experience and really enjoyed our stay.

    My bf and I (30s) stayed here for three nights. We were welcomed warmly and the hotel was very clean and inviting. It is dated but I liked the old world feel. Our room was big with very comfy beds, plenty of sockets, YT and Netflix on TV. The bathroom was big and clean with good shower pressure. We liked the toiletries included. I would have liked an iron as I was reluctant to use the ironing service just for t shirts. The only downside of our room was it was way too hot. The AC was very noisy and made little difference. We didn’t sleep well and it’s for this reason alone I wouldn’t stay here again.The included breakfast and was very good and the spa has good facilities with great views of the city. This was included in our stay as it was a Black Friday deal but it usually has an extra charge.The cocktails in the bar were good and everyone we spoke to was kind and helpful.There is a shopping centre and metro staton behind the hotel and it makes getting around easy.     Exceptional staff and hotel

    The staff at this hotel are truly amazing particularly Adela on reception. They treated me on my birthday to champagne, fruit n chocolates. The hotel is beautiful and spa and gym exceptional. Staff at spa very good. Rooms are cozy and clean. The location is perfect. Shopping centre behind hotel with metro underneath. This hotel offers excellent value for money and I highly recommend it.     Nice stay overall, but not quite four-star

    I am currently staying at this hotel and overall my experience has been mixed. While it is rated as a four-star property, the rooms feel quite dated and could definitely benefit from some modernisation. There was no water provided in the minibar, which was disappointing, and the air conditioning in the room is very loud and not particularly effective.Another issue has been the lifts, which are not working properly when coming down to reception, making it inconvenient at busy times.On a more positive note, the staff have been very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast has been nice with a good selection, and dinner has also been enjoyable, with good quality food and a pleasant atmosphere.One of the biggest frustrations was discovering on arrival that our booking did not include access to the spa. This was not made clear beforehand and it was very annoying to be told we needed to pay extra to use it.Overall, the hotel has some good points, especially the staff and food, but it does not fully live up to its four-star rating due to the condition of the rooms and some of the facilities.
