    3rd time staying and once again had a lovely few days in this hotel.. Reception staff very friendly and approachable nothing was too much trouble. Room clean and comfortable and dining room very nice and the breakfast are delicious and again, staff are always very polite and friendly. Hotel is very well situated a few minutes walk to the metro/tram stops for easy access into the centre. Lovely lively music bar at the end of the block and a handy little mini mart right next door. Would stay again and again we are never disappointed with Superior Hotel Prague!

    Location ok, very noisy school trip staying with very little supervision. Lots of complaints staff not interested. Don’t stay here better places elsewhere. Liked Prague but this hotel … too noisy going home for a rest broken sleep by badly behaved school kids

    Basic hotel but a satisfactory base for a few days. A short walk to the closest tram stop , has supermarket and a cpl of pubs close by..No lounge area in hotel just a cpl seats at reception. Rooms are basic , 2 single beds pushed together and 2 single quilts. Bathroom with a shower, washhand basin and toilet...Hairdryer a fridge and safe .No tea/coffee facilities but a kettle can be got from reception, deposit is refundable. Fresh towels daily . Room was clean.Breakfast wasn't great. 2 breakfast rooms, one closest to reception had the best selection although not much hot food on offer , nothing made to order . Some cold meats, cheese, cereals , bread and sweet cakes Coffee/tea machine and juice available

    We stayed for 3 nights from the 12th to the 15th February. The room was basic, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was good. No issues.The staff were all lovely. Breakfast was really good, with plenty of options. The location is fabulous as there is lots of restaurants, bars and shops around and it’s a nice neighbourhood. It is only a short walk down to the dancing house then a right turn on the street that takes you along to the main tourist area. There are also plenty of public transport options a 2 minute walk to the right of the hotel and you will see the trams, buses metro etc. We used Uber as it worked out about £5 to get to the main tourist area and we had booked tours, etc through the get your guide app.

    This hotel is meant to be a 3 star but it felt more like a 2 star. The room was ok but the curtains kept falling off & there was a mark on the bedding. The bed was so hard & uncomfortable & the pillow has no support my head just sunk into it. Never slept properly for 4 nightsThe breakfast was standard buffet style which was ok.Staff were nice & friendly.We were pleased to leave
