    Beautiful Prague

    A very nice Hotel with a friendly staff and very nice rooms. The breakfast restaurant is excellent and goes along with the room. The Hotel is centrally located in the heart of new town and old town. Plan on getting some exercise walking. If rain is in the forecast grab an umbrella. There are a lot of Starbucks in Prague and if you get caught in the rain they would be a go to place.

    When Avalon books you into a hotel then you know it’s going to be good because they’re in the business and know exactly what they’re customers expect. So it was here with a lovely hotel, good room and excellent service. Not perfect I think some of the aspects could do with a little extra training but when our family had a problem with their room the response was immediate and genuine and you can’t ask for more than that. And if it’s “location location” you’re after then look no more it couldn’t be better.

    I was assigned a room that was already occupied when I checked in. A bad experience for me and a breach of privacy and security for the guest in the room. I get concerned when a hotel gives random people access to a room that is occupied. The room I was finally given had shower in the bathtub. Uncomfortable and risky to climb into a bathtub to take a shower. M Club lounge is excellent. Hotel location is good for discovering Prague.     Nice but busy hotel

    We had two nights at the Prague Marriott. Check-in was super busy and despite being Platinum members, there were no rooms ready when we checked in and had to wait an extra two hours past check-in time for one to become available. The lobby and reception were constantly busy throughout our stay.The room itself, was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The executive lounge was always busy (breakfast time and in the evenings) and had a reasonable selection of food and drinks (spirits are available in the evening but you have to ask for these rather than help yourself). Short walk to the main sights. Supermarket close by if you need water/snacks for your room.All staff were very friendly and helpful.     Great home away from home at the Prague Marriott Hotel!Check-in was easy and quick, and our room was incredibly spacious and spotless. Even though the hotel was busy all week, we had the best sleep because the rooms were so quiet and the walls weren’t thin. Housekeeping was always friendly and even left the kids extra chocolates during nightly turndown service, which was such a thoughtful touch.The Artisan had an amazing breakfast spread every morning, from pastries and waffles to eggs and more. Makaela at Artisan was especially wonderful — she took time every day to chat with us and my kids, always greeting us with a genuine warm smile. Martina and Anna, the manager, were also welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.The hotel has a great gym, an excellent sauna and steam room, and my kids absolutely loved the pool. The location is perfect — close to Starbucks, the central square, and many historical sites.A special thank you to Alexandr Ivanov, Zarin from guest relations, Artiom the Front Office Manager, and Anna Pernicka for being so helpful with all our questions before arrival and for always responding so quickly.This is clearly a very well-run hotel, and it truly shows in the staff’s attitude and service.
