Fantastic little hideaway not far for everything you could need

Lovely comfy bed and good size rooms. Breakfast was well stocked with key basics and was not too busy one day I had the breakfast room all to myself..see photo..Friendly staff, with hotel nicely out of the way but short walk to tram stop and you can be in the city centre in 10mins by tram.

Pleasant experience, with room for improvement.

    rating01 Feb 2026

The location of the hotel is good and it is central to a lot of attractions nearby, with easy access to public transport too thankfully. The atmosphere in the hotel is nice, quiet and pleasant. The rooms are spacious and they’re kept very clean and tidy thankfully. The value was decent too luckily. The service from staff was good too. There are some improvements though which could be made. The lighting in certain parts of the room could be brighter. Also, sweetener (For tea and coffee) is not visibly available. It has to be asked for, and even then it didn’t come in a packet - it was just in a little teapot. The breakfast is one of the main things which can be improved. It was just okay unfortunately - not particularly great. There are no beans or hash browns available sadly. Also, the teabags in the hotel are not particularly good unfortunately. They’re from the Pickwick brand. It would’ve been nicer if the teabags were from better tasting alternatives like Twinings and/or PG Tips for example. One of the biggest disappointments at the hotel was that there is no option at all for halal food available sadly. It’s completely understandable that not a lot of the population in Prague are Muslim, but it would’ve been helpful to have had the opportunity of experiencing halal food whilst at the hotel.Overall, it was a pleasant experience, with room for improvement - some of which can be done easily.

This is a very nice hotel in a great spot for all the sights. The trams are a few minutes from the hotel. We found the staff very helpful and extremely friendly. They are a credit to the hotel

Great spot for a few nights in Prague

    rating25 Sept 2025

We arrived fairly late and knew that reception was only manned from 08:00 - 20:00. However the process was relatively easy to check in. An intercom on the door was answered quickly and they gave us instructions on what to do, where our room was and to check in in person the following morning. The room was very spacious with a good sized bathroom and plenty of storage space. Everywhere was clean except for the toilet bowl which was slightly water stained but this wasn't an issue. We had one night where some other guests arrived back very later (early hours) and created quite a commotion. With no one on reception to contact and not wanting to get into a fight with them we had to wait for them to finish. Not the hotels fault but it was quite annoying. The hotel is around 25 minutes walk from the main tourist areas but once we got our bearings it was quite easy to find our way around. We didn't use the breakfast facilities as we preferred to eat a little later in the morning. As well as reception closing at 20:00, so did the bar. This isn't something that affected us as we were out in the evenings. There are a few bars and eating places nearby if you don't want to venture too far at night. The Oak is great for a brunch, the English breakfast is exceptional as is the home made granola. Also try Reset Bar which is a 2 minute walk away. Tasty food, nice atmosphere and not too pricey. Apparently, it's owned by the goalkeeper of the Slavia Prague football team!!Contrary to a previous review, we found reception staff to be very friendly and helpful giving us guidance on a particular place we wanted to visit. Also, we were concerned that after check we would have to carry our bags around with us until we got our airport transfer at 6:30pm. Again, contrary to a previous review, the gentleman on reception offered to hold our bags in a secure area until later in the day and allowed us to use the bathroom facilities before we left. All in all, a good experience and we would probably use the hotel again although somewhere closer to the centre might be preferable if you don't like to walk a lot.

    A “Gem” of a Hotel

    rating01 Jul 2025

What a “Gem” of a hotel close to the Heart of Prague city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful - particular mention to Kristian, who went out of his way to assist me with my travel excursions and even lent me a USC adaptor for the duration of my stay. Thank you Kristian, you made my stay at the hotel even better. The room was clean, very well presented with a view of the street below. The bed was comfortable with fresh white linen. The air conditioning was a major plus, especially when the temperatures reach over 30 degrees. The buffet breakfast was varied and tasty with excellent coffee/tea. The overall ambiance of the breakfast room was friendly, staff were very efficient and the breakfast room was modern. I had a wonderful 4 night stay from 28.06.25 - 01.07.25; departed on 02.07.25 with check out up to 11.00am. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I will be back and will recommend the Pure White Hotel to all my family & friends.
