    Good - location, the Italian guy working at breakfast time, the breakfast, the wine office (expensive but good wine and nice sommelier).Bad - due to its layout you can hear the staff going about their business very early and very loudly and your fellow inconsiderate guests too. The shower, couldn't swing a rat in there and I'm a twig.

    Great value for money place to stay in Prague, in a walking distance from most points of interest. The room was clean, big and cozy, beautifully decorated with the works of Salvador Dali. The staff was very kind and they even surprised me with a birthday gift, which was a great addition to our already pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

    We stayed for 4 nights in this lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and the wine bar on sight was fantastic. Great recommendations from staff and delicious cheese to complement the wines. The lift was very handy and the hotel is decorated beautifully. We were upgraded to a family room with have 2 adjoining rooms. The room with the double bed was enormous and had lovely high ceilings. We would absolutely stay here again!

    Three stars hotel offers standard rooms for this accommodation level. Unfortunately, there was no drinks or even water in room fridge. Very good point was that we’ve got upgraded room for our stay which we really appreciated. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast to expensive.

    Very Welcoming hotel with the best location. Extremely professional and friendly staff especially waiter Angelo! Well done! We definitely coming back next time.
