  We had the penthouse/attic apartment and we thought it was wholly worth it.The place was clean, perhaps a little dusty, and had enormous space for everything we needed. Its rare to find an apartment with a safe so that was a nice bonus. There was no shower curtain, which was odd, but otherwise we really enjoyed out stay here.Sadly, even though there is mention of soundproofing, it can be quite noisy. Be it from the rowdy pubs downstairs or the church bells that start from 0800 every morning. In addition, its an old elevator up to the apartments and it takes forever.Otherwise, definitely worth it!

  Excellent location, poor communication

  This apartment was ideal for our short break in Prague, just a few minutes walk from Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock. Lots of bars, restaurants and gift shops all around. The apartment itself in Block A, No 4/2 was clean, spacious and well equipped. Very secure access. Be aware there are 2 entrances to the ‘alleyway’. I would class the main one as the one between Harley Davidson shop and Hooters Bar. The other (back) entrance is locked after 10pm. The building is not great for soundproofing, we could hear noise from other apartments and from outside.My main issue with this apartment is the poor communication. We were meant to get our access code the day before. When we still didn’t have it I messaged from the airport before we left and continued to message on and off throughout the day. Very slow in replying. In the end we arrived on a very wet Sunday evening with no idea how to get in. Finally after trying 2 different numbers I was able to speak to someone who gave me the code. They are still insisting they sent the code to my phone by SMS. I’ve never received any code. Nearby is Ribs of Prague - excellent restaurant.

  Excellent location, huge rooms, bring ear plugs

  Fantastic location - steps away from the clock tower.The room we had was enormous! A full kitchen, kitchen table, outdoor space, a huge living room, two bathrooms and giant bedroom.Top floor - so the views were fantastic of all the rooftop and church spires.The negative - very loud. Not the hotel, we couldn't hear neighbours or people in the staircase - but outside. Because this is very central, you can hear all the party people/stag parties/drunks. We bought some earplugs the 2nd day and that made sleeping easier.

  Loved this apartment, great location just a minute walk from the old town square and the astronomical clock. There is plenty of restuarants around. The windows were double glazed and had two sets of them so this meant there was no street nosie. The apartment was large with a kitchen and large bathroom, although did have a little trouble with the shower you need to wait sometime for the water to heat up. Would highly recommend, we loved our stay there.

  Comfortable and spacious hotel, right in the heart of Prague.

  Wonderfully located in the middle of Old town and all interesting places are in walking distance. Helpful staff, who communicated well in advance on location guidance and also arranging airport pickup. Spacious, neat and adequately furnished. Only drawback for us - our building lift was not working. But it was being attended on the day we were leaving. The bar in the courtyard gets noisy, mostly evenings, but not beyond 11pm.
