  I stayed at Apartment 3 and it was absolutely Fantatsic! superb location, close to everything. The Bed was comfortable and the kitchen amenities were class. Wouldve liked some tea/coffee in arrival but bought some (overpriced) from the store next door.   Stuck in the elevator....

  The building is very old. We stuck in the elevator app 51 min because the emergency button and ventilation was not working. We called many times the reception but they could not find a solution so we called 112 and they came for us and rescued. ıt was terrible for us.I do not advice this apt for the upper floors.   Accessing Apartment via Key Pad Extremely Difficult

  I booked a 3-night reservation (Expedia) for Sep 1-4, 2023. The apartment itself was great, with upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Getting into the apartment using a street-level key pad was a nightmare. The reservation stated I would get a code 24-hours before arrival. Did not receive one until last minute before leaving the U.S., and upon arrival it DID NOT WORK. There was an alternate check-in hotel desk 5 blocks away -- I went there and got a new code which also did NOT work. My family and I were able to enter the building only as other residents were leaving, and let us in. (There was an emergency number posted outside with instructions in Czech, but no one answered the phone when I called repeatedly.) Fortunately, the original code worked on my individual apartment once I was inside the building. For the outside, that night we got another code via email which did NOT work. On our second day we got still another code via email which actually WORKED. It was fine from then on but I will never again rent a place that does not have a manned front desk.   Location and good value!

  For the most part, we had a good stay at Art House Apartments. The staff was friendly, responsive and accommodating. We were able to check out later - which was greatly appreciated!Unfortunately 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed, there was loud music being played (or a party) either within the building or the building next door - it didn’t stop until closer to 1am. The apartment itself is located conveniently near the Charles Bridge and other key central areas. It’s well equipped (the washing machine was a plus!). It gets quite hot in the summer (fortunately there were fans provided to us!). Beds were comfortable but the showers could be improved with non-handheld shower heads.There were quite a few flies when we first entered the room, but they disappeared by the next morning.

  We are a family of five. We rented a two bedroom apartment. The apartment was as described and in a fantastic location. Check in was seamless. We had an issue with the hot water and someone arrived to fix it within minutes.
