    Its was horribly!

    rating03 Jun 2026

The room nr.C731 with the schower was horribly, ugly with torn curtains, a dirty carpet floor and walls thickly smeared. It was avful. Not only the room but also the hotel does not meet the 4-stars standard!! At night the hotel corridors was eerily dark, the guest has to look for the switches on the wall, whichs is very dangerous, because the stars are close! The elevators are shaking terribly. At night this part of the hitelintézet is like a hantet House!!Only reception was ok. I emphasize that the corridors and elevators are very dangerous!!/! It is very difficult to have an accident at the night in a hotel!!

    Don't come here

The reception staff is unbelievably incapable of accomodating new guests. When she allegedly asked for help, no one came to the rescue. 2 hours queuing to be accomodated and still waiting.

Worst place to stay if visiting Prague

    rating16 Sept 2025

The hotel is big. That is all. The man at the reception desk was rude. Could not give any information whatsoever. If you want to travel back in time to get the 1980s USSR luxury feeling, this is the place to go!

    Hotel from Hell

    rating14 Nov 2024

My family (3 people, including a 1-year-old) stayed in a hotel for 1 night recently. All we wanted to have is a clean and calm encironment, where we can take a shower, have a good sleep, then leave the next day. Instead of this, what we experienced there was a pure hell, to be more precise, here is the list below:1. The lady at the reception was anything but friendly. My husband politely asked if we could speak English when she rolled her eyes and switched to English then.2. The hotel has 4 stars but it really gave us a feeling that we are in the middle of 1970s: old furniture, smells like communism, the room gave us a feeling as we are in a cheap hostel. There were also stains on the walls. The elevator is super small, we were on the floor 7.3. Since we had some spare time in the evening, we had an idea to try out their SPA which surprisingly was a paid service and not included into the room fee that we paid already, so we skipped it.4. The nightmare started between 10-11pm. First of all, there was a huge and loud party going on downstair, the walls of our room were resonating from fhe loud music.5. There was also a group of students who decided to have a party in the corridor next to our room, meaning shouting, screaming, banging and knocking the door nonstop. Our child kept waking up every 5 minutes, if you have children, inagine the horror of the situation.6. We first made a complain at around midnight. The receptionist ensured us that others have also complained, the security is on their way and will be resolved in minutes. 90 min later the situation was the same so we complained again and were insured that they are on it.7. It was already after 1.30am when the security guy banged all the doors of the corridor including ours and shout at US to stay quiet (WTF?!). He had clearly no idea where the noise was coming from and the staff looked like did not take the situation seriously at all. At the same time there was another party going on somewhere, as our bathroom was super loud from music and shouts. So the whole experience was as if we are in a cheap dormitory.8. At around 2am the security came and jusf nicely knocked the door or the students and asked them to be quiet, then left (wtf?!)9. Few minutes later someone else came and asked them to lesve otherwise police would have been involved.10. So we paid for the room in order to rest but could fully fall asleep at around 3am due to all the night horror going on half of the night.11. In the morning we complained when checking out as we had another booking there for 10 days later and the whole situation made us sceptical to be there. The same lady that rolled her eyes when we arrived said that oooh those were loud students but she can check if there will be any other student groups when we come again. (Wtf?). So instead of reassuring us that the same situation will never ever happen again and potentially offer a compensation, she just checked if there will be any other students so that we could decide if we come or not. Clearly guests are the last priority for the hotel, so if you expect to be treated well and have some rest here, rather dont go there. One positive thing: the food was delicious and the older Ladies at the restaurant were very polite and kind to us and our child. Huge kudos to them
