A restaurant not to be missed when in Prague.

A venue not to be missed on your visit to Prague. A birthday celebration for 12 people on the roof top restaurant was a night to remember. The view across the square, the food, drink, ambience, service (Monica thank you) will leave a lasting memory with everyone. Do not miss out, this restaurant is a must in our opinion. Excellent location, simply perfect location and good hotel

We stayed at the hotel in April 2026, the location of the hotel is simply excellent, you leave the hotel and the astronomical clock is right in front of you.We rate the hotel highly despite the comments we have, they are tolerable and not something that should disqualify the hotel.The entrance to the hotel is strange because it is actually done from a restaurant and you have to go up to the first floor to get to the reception.The room we got after they upgraded it for us on their own initiative, included a gallery floor where the bed is, not so convenient if you want to get to the bathroom downstairs in the middle of the night, other than that the room is luxurious although the shower could be improved.The quality of sleep is excellent.The breakfast was quite simple, it was enough for us.The wife celebrated her birthday on the day of arrival at the hotel and we received coupons that can be used in the restaurant at the entrance to the hotel or in the restaurant on the roof of the hotel.The staff were all very nice except for the receptionist who worked the first night and his name was Adam and he was not nice at all and seemed to enjoy it, now, there are two employees called Adam, and the second Adam worked the next morning so I apologize in advance to Adam who worked the morning, all I have is the name Adam.Again, despite all the comments, would we return to the hotel? Central Hotel, walking distance to everything

The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable, whoever decided on the furniture really loves pillows. I’ve never had this many pillows in a bed ever haha!The staff was very accomodating, helped us with booking the taxi to the AirPort for our departure.The breakfast buffet was your regular full english breakfast with hardboiled, scrambled and fried eggs. Different bread with toppings, fruit, sparkling wine for a mimosa and etc. Though the breakfast had all these options there was a lack of food accomodating for different needs, no vegan/dairy-free/glutenfree options. - to this the staff could be helpful and sort out some soymilk if you asked for it. The staff at the restaurant was so polite and very accomodating here aswell, willing to help you with what they could.All and all, a pleasant experience. Cons: the hotel had some signs of wear and tear, with holes in the tiling in the bathroom and broken water tap (still functioning). Perfect location - beautiful hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel U Prince in Prague. The location truly couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the Old Town and within easy walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions.We had a room with a view of the Astronomical Clock and the Old Town Square, which made the experience even more special. We did not experience any noise issues from the square. The double windows did a great job blocking out the sound from the square outside.The room itself was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast each morning was very good, with eggs served three different ways, bacon, sausage, a good selection of cold cuts and cheeses, and a wide variety of pastries.We also visited Black Angel’s Bar and the drinks were top-notch—definitely worth stopping in for.Most importantly, the staff was great throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with was professional, friendly, and very helpful.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend Hotel U Prince.
