Adequate but impersonal
11 May 2025
Rooms clean and reasonably equipped. Breakfast fine. Totally adequate for a night stay over. MyMain problem is that in persuit of modernisation it has lost the home from home feel on hopes for. What masquerades as modern in a smartphone era: electronic check in, scan bar code for door code. One loses the interpersonal interactions that a welcome on arrival hopes to bring. For a dinosaur such as myself, I was left to stand at reception like a lost technophobe until the desk person who clearly had multiple roles, assisted me.Even then the process needed to be repeated since the iPad and associated app crashed.Give me a pen, paper and key any day. This may be just a glitch which will sort over time. For me, I’m afraid I won’t be back to find out.

Nice hotel 7km from Lindholm Hoje and Aalborg airport
05 Mar 2025
We really enjoyed our stay. The major renovation is almost done. We had a well appointed room, an excellent fine dining experience in their restaurant and enjoyed the sauna. We stayed here because it is so close to Lindholm Hoje and the Aalborg airport. We are very glad we did and would stay here again!

Pleased that I chose this hotel
25 Nov 2024
I was glad to have picked this hotel. It was extremely good value. My room was bright and clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious (with gorgeous, individual omelette ramekins). Every member of staff was great (helpful, professional and friendly). I used the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna every day: a relaxing luxury. The hotel atmosphere was welcoming, friendly and calm. It had the good feel of a place with a family vision. I really enjoyed my holiday in beautiful Aalborg and my comfortable hotel stay. Thank you.

Ok but small room & low ceiling
07 Sept 2024
Had a room in what was probably the stables, around the courtyard. Very low ceiling over the bed. Was a small double room which would have been small for two. No cupboard space or wardrobe for clothes. Just four hooks on the wall. Added breakfast to my booking while I was there. Breakfast was a bit chaotic when everyone turned up at 7.30 on a Sunday. No bowls, cooked food constantly running out & coffee slow arriving. Staff were nice though, helpful when needed.

Not a dog friendly hotel.
06 Aug 2023
We made a reservation on booking , without knowing the extra cost for a dog. Then they let us know they only had a small room and the cost for the dog would be almost 70 euro . For that reason we asked a free cancellation but that was out of the question.
