  My experience was unfortunately not a good one.The main issue was not about the cleaning itself, but the way the receptionist communicated. The tone felt very rigid and not service-minded, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Good customer service should be respectful and solution-oriented, and that was not my experience here.Another concern was that staff entered my room and insisted that I leave so cleaning could be done. In my opinion, this crosses a boundary. As a guest, I expect my privacy to be respected and to have the option to decline or postpone housekeeping without feeling pressured.Additionally, during my discussion with the reception manager, I was told that I “have to respect the cleaning rules or leave the hotel.” I found this statement quite harsh and not in line with a customer-focused approach. While I understand that hotels have procedures, the way they are communicated matters a lot.Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations, especially compared to the level of service one would normally expect. I hope this feedback can help improve communication and guest handling in the future.

  Clean, convenient, well connected – perfect for exploring Copenhagen

  We stayed at CABINN Apartments during our trip to Copenhagen, and it turned out to be a great choice.📍 The hotel is located in Ørestad, a modern and quiet neighborhood, very well connected. The Ørestad station (metro + S-tog trains) is just a 5–10 minute walk away, and the city center is only 10 minutes by metro.🏢 The building is new and well maintained, with friendly and helpful staff.Our room/apartment was small but functional, clean and tidy. There’s a basic kitchenette (kettle, small fridge), good for breakfast, but not designed for full cooking.Beds were separated, but the room was nicely furnished. The bathroom is compact, as is common in Denmark, but had everything we needed.💡 Only downside: the room lighting could be a bit brighter in the evening.🍽 We didn’t try the breakfast, but it looked like a well-stocked continental.Instead, we often used the shared kitchens available on-site — one large, one smaller — and both well equipped.They were perfect for cooking peacefully at lunch or in the evening, with everything we needed and a clean, organized space.🛍 Right next door is Fields, one of the largest shopping centers in Denmark, with a supermarket open until 10 p.m.🔑 All in all, a convenient and practical option for a relaxed stay in Copenhagen.

  The hotel is located in a quiet area close to a large shopping centre and the metro/train station. Rooms are on the small side but fully functional,bathroom is very compact , it does say on the website the floor area , we found our room very hot. we were told multiple times at check in and its written on the microwave that if you cook in the room and the smoke/ fire alarm goes off there is a very large fine , on there website it says there is a kitchen in the room that basically you can only use to reheat food . Breakfast is available , it's very good but is the same everyday , they don't offer decafinated tea or coffee so bring your own , there is a large seating tv area on the ground floor to use , reception is 24 hours ( we found one woman staff member to be quiet blunt and rude all the other staff were friendly) they offer bike hire , car parking is available at an extra cost , there is a free luggage storage area to use .

  Pleasantly surprised with CABINN Hotel

  I was pleasantly surprised with this Hotel, having read some reviews, I was concerned after booking this hotel. But I found this hotel to be excellent, the room was spotless and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend staying there to anyone.

  Stayed 3 Nights there. Its clean with a good view - our kitchenette was in the 9th floor!Easy to reach by Metro. I only didnt like that the showers where small and without a "Wanne" so direkt on the floor...
