    One of the worst hotel i hv ever stayed… 400 euros per night, no table no ac no fridge or kettle not enough blanket

    Unresolved issues, unresponsive management

    Bad experience, unresponsive management and unresolved issues.ventilation in the room was not working. It was 28c inside when we walked in at 10:30 pm. Thermostat not working. Reception said sensor would adjust temperature based on our presence- wait 15 minutes. Waited 1/2hr - nothing. Back at reception- Helpful young man came to the room with batteries for thermostat. There were no batteries in our thermostat…Added batteries- nothing happened. Hôtel full - unable to change rooms. No in-room phone, chat function never responded to, having to wait in-line every time at reception. Message to manager- no response either.2 stars for helpful young man at reception.Otherwise 0 would be more appropriate.

    We arrived late and we're flying out the next morning so this appeared to be a logical choice. Clear directions as soon as you leave baggage claim. About a 15- minute but all indoors or covered walkway. You'll arrive at Clarion Hotel first. In their lobby look right or signage to Comfort hotel.Rooms are basic but clean and more than adequate for an overnight stay. No kettle, safe or iron however there is an ironing room opposite the elevators. Breakfast from 5:30 an even an earlier (continental?) breakfast from 3 a.m. Metro into Copenhagen so might be an option for longer stays-more budget friendly than central locations.

    Chaos at check in. We waited 20 minutes. There were three staff when we arrived, one left, the second was t dealing with people, the third got lured away by a non queueing random. Room ok. Only dinner option was a buffet, no à la carte. Of course, amazingly expensive. Breakfast good.

    The location is great; it's physically attached to the airport. That's the only positive. The rooms have a prison vibe with absolutely the barest minimum. Do not pay for breakfast...go next store to clarion.
