Location

This city hotel lies some 15 km from the international airport directly beside the water and close to Amalienborg Palace. Nyhavn shopping street and links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot.

Facility

46 junior suites, 6 suites, 9 single rooms and 305 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

The rooms have a living area and a bathroom. Individually adjustable heating ensures comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the hotel offers cycling/mountain biking.     Good, and friendly Hotel, and nicely situated.

    Hotel is nicely situated on waterside and I had a very nice view. The room was of decent size, clean and comfortable. All staff I came into contact with were friendly and approachable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. I was less impressed with the restaurant for dinner, although the service was good, there wasn't a vast choice the portions were small. I did make the error of trying the Quail, and I was not impressed. Nice friendly service made up for that somewhat. I enjoyed my stay, and would stay there again if I return to Copenhagen.     Nice hotel with great service I booked this hotel due to central location and AC in the room. Unfortunately the AC was *fake information' it was just warn ventilation. I stayed there 4 nights snd sheets was not changed.Bed is soft and co.fy, bathroom OK, the toilet clogged up twice during my stay.Breakfast is excellent.     A great hotell for both work and leisure!

    I visited the hotel for a business summit and was amazed about the great service and high quality of the food! Fantastic experience all trough. We had a 2 days meeting in one of the bigger venues. The room had perfect temperature , good day light coming in and direct access to the terrace outside for the breaks, not something you take for granted while in meetings. The food and service for the celebration day was amazing and had such high quality! The rooms are nice and clean with a nice view over the water. I took the opportunity to make it a staycation over the weekend and enjoyed the tasting menu in Aye Aye restaurant one of the nights. the sommelier there is great, friendly, professional and with true passion for his work. Relly made me and my husbands dinner something extra.I will truly recommend you a stay here!     Overpriced, overrated. Seek alternative option.

    The room was minimalist for the outrageous price. They said the room we got was "special," with a loft. Be forewarned, the loft is where the bed is and unless you like sleeping in a very hot, stuffy room, don't allow this. Only a fan, no window upstairs to open, and thermostat only allows you to turn down the room temperature a little (not enough). The lobby is nice, but disappointing accommodation (room) for the high price. Nice location on the waterfront, but there are other options nearby.
