Location

The hotel is centrally located near to the motorway and just 150 m from the metro, with trains to Ørestad Station and only a 5-minute drive from Copenhagen International Airport. Guests enjoy quick access to Copenhagen city centre and popular sights like Tivoli Gardens, Amalienborg Palace and Nyhavn. Fields Shopping Centre is about 500 m away.

Facility

Units include 366 rooms, including 4 suites and 360 double rooms, located in a 25-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A shower and a bathtub are included the bathrooms. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

    Stay away!

    Downgraded my suite to a small room with louzy AC, and another time I canceled the room because they could not guarantee a bed for my teenage daughter, they refused to give me my money back. I got points instead, which were not even close to a number for a room. Never again. No help whatsover, helpdesk is probably in India using AI and deepl.There are great alternatives nearby, you should try one of those.

    The staff there were very nice and gave us great service when we checked in and out, and they always helped us out whenever we needed anything during our stay. Breakfast was great withdecent selection of food and everything tasted good.It is located near the Field's mall and the Ørestad train and metro station, which made it easy to go places without the buzz of central station.     A very nice hotel

    We had a great time at this hotel. It was clean modern and reasonably priced. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, however, I have to highlight one person. Kimberly Rose whom was part of the breakfast staff was amazing. One morning my wife wasn’t feeling well and she asked about her, helped me gather breakfast to take to her and even asked about her later that morning. While I have no complaints about any of the other staff Kimberly Rose really stood out.     A bit of a "refurbished" illusion

    At first glance, the hotel looks like a great pick, but the experience didn't quite live up to the image. The rooms felt like they had been refurbished but lacked the genuine comfort i would expect from a high-end hotel - the "cozy" factor just wasn't there. As for the breakfast, it was regular and unremarkable; it does the job, but it won't be the highlight of your morning.The Service: Friendly and professionalOn a positive note, the staff is good. They are helpful and professional, which definitely helps balance out some of the property's shortcomings.The Highlight: A top-tier gymThe absolute best part of the stay was the gym.
