  Rooms are OK. But stay away from the breakfast and save your money

  The room was ok, but hot. There was a cheap electric fan installed that made more noise than the air moved. But otherwise it was ok. Unfortunately, that cannot be said about the breakfast. If this was where the hotel was supposed to gain pride and even integrity, then they should be ashamed. Breakfast was from 05 to 10. We arrived at 0845 and could see the following: No more fresh bread. No new ones were replenished. The only bread was the cheap bake-off buns. No more coffee cups. No clean ones were brought in while we were sitting there. No more cutlery. No new ones were put in while we were there. There were 3 different kinds of jam. 2 were empty and the 3rd was almost empty. They were not replenished. Scrambled eggs were without any accompaniments.The price for the breakfast buffet is 129. The price and the quality you. meet are not at all comparable. So I would definitely recommend opting out of breakfast and getting it elsewhere

  I came to stay at this hotel and a lot was missing when it came to amenities which was quite frustrating but when it came to service OMG Christian is the man, honestly this guy is a big asset to the company and they better treat him right cause the man knows how help and is always ready to go the extra mile, also not to forget Semene( sorry if I typed your name wrong) but your help was very much appreciated,lastly, not to forget Jonas too thank you guys for your help.Christian keep it up man you have great potential.David Boye

  Dont be fooled by location. Stay away during the hot summer months

  Our room was on ground floor facing carpark and it was very hot even though there was only 20 C weather. Location was actually quite far from airport even on map it looks like it nearby. From Copenhagen centrum hotel is very far away. Staff provides us fan to help the hotness of the room.

  I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Copenhagen during Wind Europe 2025. I chose this hotel because it seemed like the most convenient option — more or less halfway between the Bella Center (where the event was held) and the city center, and also relatively close to the airport.The area around the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. There are two shuttle buses available to reach the Bella Center — one every hour and one every 30 minutes — since the venue is about 3.5 km away. On the first day, I actually walked to the Bella Center and it was a nice, pleasant walk because the weather was good.Of course, it’s not right next to the conference center, but the hotel prices were very competitive compared to other options in the city — and being a Marriott property, you know the quality is reliable.The rooms are spacious, simple but very clean, and I particularly appreciated the renovated bathrooms with a large walk-through shower. The staff was kind and professional throughout my stay. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but there’s always the option to grab a coffee or a beer downstairs at the bar.Getting a taxi was never a problem — there were always plenty available. If I had to mention a minor downside, I would have preferred being a bit closer to the metro station, especially because I hoped the shuttle service to the Bella Center would have been more frequent. In the evening, coming back from Copenhagen city center, I ended up taking a taxi because I didn’t want to wait too long for the next bus or walk too far at night.That said, overall it was a very good stay — a comfortable and quiet hotel at a reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again for Wind Europe next year. Recommended!

  Comfortable, Friendly, and Delicious Breakfast

  My experience differs from many of the reviews I have read on here. Maybe that is because I had a room on the wing that was not facing the road (so no sound issues, in fact my room was dead quiet) and because it was November (so no issues with the absence of air conditioning). Yes, the room is spare, but I would call it Scandinavian spare. It had everything one needed -- a very comfortable bed, a table/desk with good lighting and accessible outlet, a stool you could sit on while using the desk, a side chair, decent spot lighting around the room, a bathroom with hair dryer, a good shower with hot water, a well-working toilet, and a paper drinking cup, a rack that you could hang clothes on and set your suitcase on, and a sheet vinyl floor that looked like carpet -- and nothing extra (no closet, no coffee machine (my one gripe), no dresser, and not a lot of extra space. The breakfast was superb -- including breads, meats, pastries, the ability to boil your own eggs, cereal, yogurt, cheese, a coffee machine that could turn out everythiing from hot chocolate to espresso, and more. You pay extra for breakfast but get good value. Free parking for those who need it. I should also mention that I found all the staff extremely friendly and helpful and fluent in English. And, while it does not serve dinner, there is a nice family restaurant about a 7 minute walk down the road. The cab ride from the airport was 159 DKK with tip. For me, this was the perfect place to stay and refresh/renew after an overnight transatlantic flight. It gave me everything I wanted at a price that wasn't jacked up to cover amenities I was never going to use anyway. I would definitely go there again (but maybe not in summer, but the absence of hotel air is a universal problem in Europe -- I remember a few miserable nights in London, but that's another story.) Parting thougths, it also has some nice common areas to hang out in if you don't want to spend all your time in your room.
