Good hotel for Concerts and easy access to central Copenhagen

    rating15 Apr 2026

Stayed 2 nights at the Four Points Flex by Sheraton Copenhagen Arena over Easter 2026. The reason for choosing this hotel was that we had concert tickets to Copenhagen Arena and the hotel is just a short walk away. The hotel is new, so all the rooms and bathrooms are in good condition. The rooms have a nice size and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is basic, but has all you can ask for. The hotel is also located right next to Fields - Denmarks largest shopping mall. The Metro is 200 meter away and 6 stops later you are at Kongens Nytorv right in the center of Copenhagen.

Average Hotel with Pros and Cons

    rating08 Mar 2026

It's near the Bella conference centre, although not as close as other hotels. My room was facing a highway.Stayed here to attend a conference, and it's a good 30mins walk to the Bella Center. The subway is close, and gets to downtown in just a few stops. It's also pretty close to the airport. Not much to eat around the hotel, but there's a mall halfway to the Bella Center. The room was small and pretty spartan / minimalist which is ok. Not much is provided in terms of toiletries and etc. Not even bottled water in the room. In terms of cleanliness it was alright. Breakfast area can get crowded since it's small, but thought the breakfast options were good. Check-in process is weird since it's literally a bar, and one minute the hotel employee was pouring a beer to some guests, and the next the same employee was processing my check-in.One thing I really disliked was the iron situation. I asked for an iron and they told me there's one in the basement and it couldn't be taken to the rooms. I went downstairs to find a mediocre iron and ironing board literally chained to the wall in a basement and the lights wouldn't even stay on since they had an automatic timer to turn them off. If you need to wear a suit, it might be pretty frustrating to iron shirts in these conditions. I tried it once on the first day, then gave up and bought a steamer at the nearby mall. Overall I'd say it depends on what you're looking for.

    Good only for stopover.

Very basic hotel, small rooms without bedside tables,no tea ,coffee facilities,no fridge just bare essentials . Staff competent and helpfull. Breakfast very boring ,basic ,no real choice. The only advantage of this is the proximity Royal Arena ,if you want to attend the concert or sport event ,2 minutes walk. Vert close to ORESTADT metro station ,also 50 meters to NETTO supermarket to make small shopping.

Lack of Hospitality and Care for Long-Term Guests

    rating15 Oct 2025

I stayed at this hotel for an extended period and unfortunately experienced several ongoing issues that made my stay quite frustrating. The staff generally do not greet guests unless you initiate it first, which comes across as unprofessional and unwelcoming. As a guest, I expect to feel hospitality — not be the one providing it to the staff. The breakfast is very basic and repetitive. It might be sufficient for a short stay, but if you’re staying longer, it becomes dull quickly.Housekeeping was a persistent issue. My room was often not cleaned unless I asked for it directly, and even then, I had to wait around for them to come. There were multiple inconsistent explanations — one time I was told they only do deep cleaning on Tuesdays, another time they said they would get to it “eventually.” I would leave the room for hours without the “Do Not Disturb” sign, only to come back and find the room untouched. It was frustrating having to constantly follow up and adjust my plans around housekeeping. For long-term guests, several missing amenities became a real inconvenience. There is no laundry machine or laundry room available for guests, which made things difficult over an extended stay. The room also had no mini-fridge or cooking facilities, which might be fine for a short visit, but for longer stays it limits comfort and flexibility. Even something as simple as heating food was an issue: I asked twice for my food to be microwaved during my stay, and despite their rather unfriendly attitude, they did agree once — but only begrudgingly, and you wouldn’t know it from their demeanor. The second time, they claimed there was no microwave at all, and both times they stressed that this was “not allowed,” which was disappointing considering the lack of basic facilities for long-term guests. The hotel manager, in particular, deserves mention for his lack of tact and professionalism. Interactions often felt dismissive and rude, which only added to the sense of poor customer service throughout my stay.Noise was another issue. Fortunately, it didn’t come from inside the hotel itself, but rather from the neighboring residential building, where some tenants were renting apartments and often hosted loud gatherings. On one occasion, a party outside was so loud that it continued late into the night. The hotel is also located in a generally noisy area near a major road, which makes it difficult to sleep during the warmer months when the windows are open.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for long-term stays, especially in summer. The service feels inattentive, the location is noisy, and the lack of consistency — combined with limited facilities and poor management — makes for a tiring experience.

OK rooms, nice staff. Terrible designed breakfast area, I gave up eating breakfast.

    rating23 Sept 2025

OK rooms, but breakfast is impossible to get and bad, no warm bacon/egg, just the very basics. Wakeup or Cabinn have better breakfast than this. And somehow they designed the breakfast area so when +20 people wants to eat, then there is a big line and chaos. It is the worse designed breakfast area I have ever seen, and I have seen a lot of hotels!I gave up on breakfast, despite having paid for it, and drove to a bakery.
