    Come for the shower & breakfast… Then leave!

    I love the invigorating shower and the plentiful breakfast at this hotel!! Everything else seem like we are being rationed during wartime economics: no restaurant on-site; no complimentary in-room tea/coffee; only half of the bed duvet available; one single bath towel, I can just go on…But after filling myself up with a few slices of freshly baked bread, all is forgiven!

    Lousy. Room tiny, despite being a double. Feels like a warehouse. Not Scando chic! Just bad. No amenities. 1 bath towel, no bath mat--floor slippery. 1 pillow. 1 chair (where is my wife to sit?). Not enough towels. No bathmat. No paper or pencils. No night stands--where do I put my book? No closet! Nothing to put my suitcase on (now on floor). No dresser. No phone to call reception. Charged 850 DKK "fine" for parking while checking in (30 mins)--"may not be able to reverse." Eventually fixed, thank you, unhappy 24 hours waiting for approval for reverse. Food is garbage (3 options for informal dinner, served in lobby), even breakfast mediocre. Not inexpensive, so value awful. DO NOT Stay here. I am a professor of service management (teaching at DTU) so I can contrast easily. Worst option possible.

    The hotel delivers exactly what you'd expect. You get a room with bed and bathroom. They have comfortable beds, and I really like that they have 2 beds that you can push apart if you want to. The bathroom is perfect as is, it has a shower and has decent shower gel and soap as well. I was satisfied with the breakfast as well, they had gluten free options and a nice selection. Compared to other places they are very decently priced as well.

    the room is basic and quite small, the shower is also small and has the only some curtain and no shower base, the property is newish, couple of years old, nice lobby with bar, and the breakfast is amazing, top notch30 minutes away by bus from Norreport, less than 10 min by bus to downtown Lyngby, the bus station is 5-10min walk from the hotel

    For working purposes, the hotel is excellent. The most pleasant was the staff - helpful, informed and pleasant to approach. Easy to navigate with good services at reception beyond the basic hotel stuff. All good and to be recommended!
